I wish someone from Monday would show how to set things up from beginning to end. These videos where things are already set up and then just *magically* work is ridiculous. Setting this automation up from scratch is next to impossible. Notice that by the time they get into the automations in this video, they already have the boards connected and working perfectly.
In Contacts, what kind of of column Accounts is? I have what it seems to be the same setting but on the automation can't seem to see mirrored columns. In my case, Account column in Contacts group is a connected board.
Hey there! The Accounts column is a Mirror Column but the original "Accounts" column in the other board being linked here is likely a Status Column. Mirrored Status Columns can be used in a variety of automation recipes! Are you referring to the first column (the item name column) from the "Accounts" board being linked to the Mirror Column in the "Contacts" board? If so, this is regular item column where you type in a new item name. It is just being linked in the Contacts board so you can see which contacts belong to which accounts. We hope this helps clarify!
