Hello. Just a tip. Always add black pepper whenever you use haldi. It helps absorb the haldi better. Same with iron rich foods like spinach, always add Vitamin C like lemon or tomatoes for better absorption.

I am a beginner so requesting you to make more such videos of lunch recipes which includes more sukhi sabzis and Rajma please 🙏🏼 There are tons of recipes on youtube which one can follow but mostly they are or turn out to be restaurants type food.
