Dividend stocks are a good investment because no matter if the stock is up or down you will still get paid a dividend from the shares that you own of a company.....The downside is if a company cuts then you will see a reduction in a payment or if a company suspend their dividend you will not get paid but the good thing is that you can sell your shares and just put your money into another company.

You know a pandemic hit, you know lockdowns happening & people being cautious so everything is going online & Zoom was a big one. 25k in Zoom when lockdowns happened in march turned into 147k in 6months & will be more soon when they lockdown again.

Really a person who is rich is just a person who gets a large amount all at one time. Everybody in the world has had a million dollars in their life, just spread out over time. The millionaire is the one who has that whole million all at once. For example you can get paid every week at a job and try to save and invest but it might take you years and you get rich when your young life is gone. A good job might pay 100k a year but they only give you pennies of that 100k every week that you have to survive off of so at the end of the year you made 100k but don't have 100k. If you got that 100k in one day then it would be way easier because you save time of having to work up to that amount for years and you can make bigger investments from a big amount of cash. America knows this thats why they promise you 100 dollars but feed it to you in pennies every week but if they gave you the 100 dollar bill all at once you would have a better chance
