and malunggay leaves but you can use green leafy vegetables like ampalaya leaves(bitter gourd leaves) and alukbati (malabar nightshade).
this is one of the delicious filipino dish that can be prepared for lunch or dinner. in traditional way of many filipino this dish prepared and served every Friday.
INGREDIENTS:
-2 pcs chopped onion
-1 head chopped garlic
-3 pcs chopped red tomatoes
-2 pcs talong
-500g pork belly sliced into strips
-1/2 tbsp seasoning and ground black pepper
-1/2 tbsp Salt
-400g mung beans(monggo)
-malunggay
-chicharon for toppings(optional)
