After noticing that the Rush is not as fast as it was in the previous season, I remembered that there was a minor but significant change for this strategy in the patch note for S 7 - The Stone per Minute in the Dark Age has been reduced to 60, from 70. So I have fiddled around with this strategy a little bit and found a solution for the lowered stone production. The strategy works as intended.
In order to show the different variations of this strategy, I am showing you three consecutive live games where I applied this tactic, all three of them yielding positive results.
This strategy has carried me all the way to Diamond and while it is not as meta as the TRush, I find it equally rewarding and even more flexible, as it can be built into a feudal raiding army.
