Mongolian grill done wrong. The thing should be hot enough that you have to move the food around constantly to keep it cooking evenly. It is meant to be a stir-fry style of cooking. The whole meal should be cooked in under two minutes. In authentic restaurants that do this type of cooking, there would be no more than 3-4 meals max on the surface at one time.
That’s the difference this isn’t a authentic restaurant . It’s a mock . That’s like me going to taco bell and complaining saying they not authentic Mexican food after just leaving a authentic Mexican restaurant
