Hi, guys so this is my first e-bike conversion, after researching for many months and watching 100's of youtube videos I decided to go ahead and purchase a kirbebike.com/ diy kit, I have been watching Andy & Steves channels for a while now and wanted a stealthy looking kit with just a little extra performance than a 250w but not a 500w 1000-2000 w hub which stands out :) this for me is the sweet spot :).Not trying to teach any of you guys to suck eggs here with this install video lol most of you will be used to working on bikes including servicing and repairing them, this video is for someone wanting to take the task of converting their very first e-bike who has never worked on bikes before :), the first part of the videos audio is voice over the wheel & torque arm install as the mic was faulty and for the rest of the video I was using the camera's mic after getting a replacement.
