Rewatching this I see even more now, how dramatic Gizelle was and how lame it was for her to bring a bodyguard, like gurl shut up and sit down. She was waiting for something to use against Monique and took and ran with it. She's being extremely obvious with her behavior. She didn't even care about the fact that Monique hurt one of her good friends and how mind blowing that was in itself she only cares about herself.

The way Monique dismissed Gizelle was incredible. Both Monique and Candace were wrong. Edit: After going back and watching the scene, I was wrong. Monique was wrong. The purpose of this show is to verbally take down your foes. Not slap them on their heads. So Monique showed she CANNOT verbally spar with Candace. Plus smacking someone upside the head is not a fight. I’m disappointed in Monique.

Ok I'm sooo sick of Moniques lies for real. Lets see what went down. 1. Candiace and Monique meet and hit it off instantly, While Monique and Ashley have beef. 2. Monique is the main reason Candiace doesn't like Ashley, feeding Candiace info. 3. Monique seems to change her view on her feelings toward Ashley so now decides to out Candiace by showing Ashley the private text convo between the two of them. 4. Monique continues to talk smack about Candiace not wanting her to move past her problems with Ashley when she was the reason Candiace felt the way she did about Ashley. 5. Candiaces first error, she befriends Cherise, but this is AFTER Monique befriends Ashley who Candiace has obvious beef with. 6. Monique baits Candiaces into arguments and has passive aggressive behavior toward her for befriending Cherise, Candiace apologises for not informing her coz she realises she hurt someone she loves. 7. Monique inserts herself in Candiace and Karen's convo and threatens to DRAG her while pregnant. Candiace should have shut up coz Monique was pregnant but doesn't and that was wrong on her. 8. They hug it out at the reunion 9. New season they talk about clearing the air and starting fresh 10. Monique continues to bait Candiace into confrontations about things that aren't her business. Candiace AGAIN apologises for something that isn't even her fault so to keep the peace. 11. Monique pretends to be aslp as not to greet Candiace 12. Candiace decides to act the fool and play around until things get serious coz Monique gave as good as she got in their verbal altercation. People acting like Candiace was arguing with herself. 13. Candiace brings up Moniques previous reference about dragging her coz that's how Monique reacts to anger. 14. Monique thinks this gives her permission to beat Candiace and pull her hair. 15. Candiace swings her wine glass in DEFENCE not OFFENCE. 16. An entire crew has to get Monique off Candiace. 17. Candiace screams profanities (who wouldn't after being BEATEN in the head repeatedly). 18. Monique tries to again attack Candiace coz she isn't keeping quiet, (you aint her mom woman) 19. Monique gives Chris the play by play of events as they happened with FULL memory and NO remorse. 20. Candiace files charges, rightfully so. 21. Monique now realises she has to do something coz shit just got real so she calls a meeting on starts her smear campaign of Candiace and her lies about not remembering what went down. 22. Biggest shock is Karren not seeing through her, Other castmates know what's what though and only Ashley sticks fully by her; she also sticks fully by Michael though too so there's that. 23. Monique continues her lies and uses social media to promote her side of the story before the episode airs. Candiace says almost nothing except to bring full light to the whole plot that Monique tried to keep quiet but then used it as the reason for her anger toward the person who stopped it in its tracks. 24. Monique aggressively tweets and even releases a song called drag me, speaks volumes about how she does not take physical violence seriously by making light of this situation. 25. The show airs and ALLL Moniques lies and manipulations of the truth come to light. She changes her story so many times. Now ofcorse Candiace is not some innocent, she has a mouth on her. But she did not put her hands on Monique nor in her face. She did not say anything that would degrade Moniques core character. She was acting the fool saying she loved everyone, even Monique. Candiaces whole existance gets under Moniques skin and she till this day cannot let Candiace have one up on her. She Is playing everyone watching coz she is unable to be wrong when it comes to Candiace.

It was the flashback clips for me . . NOW MONIQUE said she didn’t know what the hell happened because she “ blacked out “ , but we see her in the car on her way home from the fight explaining it to the T . . Ummm interesting I think she should’ve waiting to talk to everybody when she felt remorseful & had her story together 😭

What Dr. Wendy said about Monique last night was spot on. Monique shed not one tear for Candance. At least Candance felt sad for their relationship. Monique came from a place of rage! Running in the dark to fight Candance again was so low and ignorant! People love to run to their "pastor" for help! Clearly you need to take accountability for your actions, yourself. Something in you Monique is very dark and you've been trying to suppress it for awhile. We also have to remember Monique's husband was more embarrassed than surprised. I wonder why? I think he knows that this is her personality and she is playing for the cameras on the show.

I've been watching and Candice didn't seem to know why Mongique is upset with her. Could it be she didn't or that she didn't care to entertain the gossip about Monique? And, why didn't Monique talk to Candice about the gossip and see what she had to say or was all this done off camera cuz I'm lost and so it looks like Candice is too. 🤷‍♀️

If Monique walked in and told the TRUTH I feel like the ladies (Wendy and Robyn) would have responded differently. But Monique has been poking at candiace all season, and she literally grabbed at Candiace’s hair after playing with it during an argument. It was on her. She then lied to blogs for a year until it aired. Now every time she talks about it her story changes. First it was candiace threw the drink first, then it was candiace pushed her which (defies physics). She’s trying to push the narrative that Candiace made the physical contact that caused the fight. Monique DOES NOT represent every black woman so the stereotype argument I disagree with but Monique was and is absolutely wrong. Her actions after the fight was worse than the actual fight.

I’m sorry, and I don’t condone violence, but if someone repeatedly says “Drag me,” and gets into people’s faces. Newsflash, you might get dragged.

Candace, Monique is jealous of you because you come from wealth and she feels like less of woman around you because you’re more feminine than her. And the only reason Ashley and Monique are tight because they bond over having to project an image while living in miserable marriages. That’s truth.

I'm never one do say someone should not drag someone if necessary. I get Monique's mentality. It's a street thing BUT I disagree with EVERYTHING else. First how could u raise a hand to someone u once called a friend. I could never do that. And second y r u so mad at Candiace. I love Candiace to death cuz she reminds me of myself sometimes. So when Monique attacked Candace that was out of line, so wrong and disrespectful it’s so unnecessary!!! And somewhat embarrassing! I agree with Wendy Monique didn’t show that she was remorseful for what she did to Candace if she would’ve call up Candace and apologize to her for what went down then maybe they could come to some resolution to the situation. Sis talked lot about Candace this season and still just had stuff today that didn’t need to be said because it didn’t matter. Monique was just so bother and bitter that Candace invited Charrise to and event. The point is of this situation is never attack anyone that was your close friend and loyal friend no matter how much you don’t agree with one other it’s never ok. At the end of the day Monique loss a friend a loyal friend!!

Monique says she blacked out and didn't remember anything was one thing...but once things were brought to her attention and clarified, she didn't change her stance. That shows she meant what she did and she'll do it again. She's had a bone you pick with Mrs. Dillard-Bassett and used that opportunity to release all of her frustration.

I used to like Monique when she first joined the cast until she moved over to the mean girl team aka gizelle Robyn and Ashley now look they've turned on her.
