FYI Everyone: *_This_* channel belongs to "Vervet Monkey Foundation", which is an actual _sanctuary._ There aren't very many channels out there by _actual_ animal rescue groups. • Lola Ya Bonobo also has a channel. • I believe the Desmonds, who founded and operate the chimpanzee sanctuary in Liberia, also have an official channel for the sanctuary. These are the channels we should watch and support. Because they're working to save infant primates from the pet-trade.
Vervet monkey foundation is wonderful. If you want to donate to a worthy cause and help monkeys, these are good people. You can also volunteer to help, it’s in South Africa.
I'm glad there is a verbit foundation to help the babies because human beings didn't do too well by him or her thank you for being there for them people you can make donations to the foundation in South Africa

He had a head injury and they took him to a vet to get appropriate care then I am sure they found him a monkey foster mom to take him into a troop. Look up the VerVet Monkeys foundation and you can watch many videos to learn about all the work they do to help babies like this one.

You may want to do some research on how they treat the animals and how they are acquired, disciplined off camera and how they are used to make money and then when they are tired of the aggressive and disobedient behavior they are taken to the jungle and released and they don’t survive bcuz they have been used to being fed junk food and candy
I absolutely love the work you guys do and it is the exact opposite to the shorts that pops up on RU-vid, fb, tiktoc etc ... please guys be mindful of your titles and your captions when posting ! Maybe I am over reacting it's just that when you put up Monkey scared or Monkey alone or things like that it so looks like the shit ( excuse my French) that these other horrible channels put up !! I would hate to think of you guys even being compared to some of these channels in the slightest ( the ones where they use clickbait to draw people in and dress their monkeys up and exploit and abuse etc ) it's just this monkey is in the best place ever considering what he/she went through and I know he/she wont feel alone or scared for long and I know that its sincere and truthful that he/she will live their best monkey life with you guys unlike other channels where they pretend to rescue but they abuse !! Please dont take offence to my post and please take it on board ... if you feel like I'm over reacting please tell me or if anyone agrees please tell me also ... love you guys and everything you do 💕💕💕
What a wonderful organisation Vervet foundation is . They help these little guys that have lost their mummy's have a second chance of a new mummy and a new life a trupe .
This poor baby deserves a good home with a real surrogate Vervet mother. She has such sweet eyes. This foundation does beautiful work. Keep up the great job you guys!✌️🤟🤘🐵
This baby will get a foster monkey mother after the head wound heals and it's all properly nourished. Click the channel name and follow all the cute babies and their journey to get mothers.
If I'm being honest, monkeys are always scared. I don't blame them, since I know what kind of environment they normally live in. It's clear that this one is an orphan. Also, the look on his face could just be simple curiosity, not fear.
Little One, you are safe & in the best place possible. They will take good care of you. Have a wonderful & blessed life. Bless & thank you to all the wonderful caregivers for all that you do to save the innocent lives in your care.
It is actually a Vervet Monkey not a chimp. Click the channel name and it will take you to more videos. They are a great organization. The more we share their channel the better able they are to care for monkeys.
The vervet monkey foundation is in South Africa. Most of the babies brought to them are orphaned, usually when the mothers die in road accidents or in similar situations. They care for the babies and slowly rehab them to become members of the Vervet troops that live in the sanctuary. You can go there and volunteer to work with them. They always need help. The channel used to be called The Vervet Forest.
Are most of these monkey's rescued from people illegally buying for pets? Or are they abandoned orphans because the mother was poached? What's this little one's story?
The people who work there are very committed to caring for these orphaned babies. They will be rehabilitated and integrated into the troops at the sanctuary. They have females who foster the babies.
Aww, poor sweet baby. Him need mommies, aunties, brovers, sissies and uncles. You will not be alone for too much longer, little one. You will be with your whole new family soon. God bless you and all the precious orphan babies. 😊😘🥰😛😻😜🤪
Not here! Check out their channel. Click the name on the video and you can watch the babies from intake to getting their monkey momma. If you go through all the years of videos you can see some former orphans all grown up getting a baby to take care of like they were cared for.
That's Not Scared That's Attentive And Curios; They Also Make Accompaniing Sounds Like Chirps And Whistles, Grunts, Barks, And Various Vocalizations And They All Have Dofferent Meanings.
Go watch the Vervet Monkey Foundation channel. You will see the happy adoption of the babies my a foster monkey mother. It's really heartwarming to see.
Go watch this channel. They help understand why they do not make good pets. They do offer virtual adoption of these babies. And, they are always looking for volunteers.
He is so precious!❤😊 I would love to have a baby monkey then when he becomes one of them wayward teeny~ boppers, he's going to boarding school! ❤😢 Yes, no matter how hard that would be, he's going to learn some manners! And not think about sex all day! ❤😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤My Baby is going to marry a princess. A rich one. 😊❤🎉 And if it's a girl she's going to do the same thing. "If you want to be somebody!" "If you want to go somewhere" You got to pay attention! Oh yea!😊😮❤❤❤❤❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
Did you watch the channel? The "cages" are their training/ play areas until they can be adopted by monkey mothers. They need to gain confidence and learn to get proper nourishment before they can be adopted.
this picture and the captions printed??.. ya, right.. they're not exactly correct. they don't match...kind of..look again. monkey doesn't really look all that scared, however, we are all only shown and given what they want us to see, maybe? just saying.
This little monkey arrived at the sanctuary extremely skinny and with injuries. Go to the channel and watch the baby monkeys progress to getting new mommas.
They're going to take gentle, appropriate care of it, feed it the right food, give it any medical treatment it needs (they have a vet) and then they're going to find it a beautiful foster mum, and coordinate it returning into nature with her 😊
