Honestly, if someone told me about a guy going out and shooting monkeys, I would have been pretty sceptical, but you explained why very well, and just over all, I love these series. I was really glad to see it pop up on my feed.

Small game season started here a couple weeks ago. I have a lot of fun shooting 18 grain .22 pellets at grouse and squirrels. Estimating range on the fly is tricky and takes some practice. I usually don’t have the time to pull out the range finder. I miss a few but I enjoy the challenge. Thinking about putting a .22 cal barrel on my 1st gen. Impact so I can hunt “legally” with it. My main hunting air rifle now is a Gamo (BSA) Coyote with a regulator and a Hawke 2-7 scope.

Absolutely love these videos because i also hunt at witmos and for the last 2 years i could not so seeing your vids 1. makes me see how my most loved hunting spot is doing and it feels so familiar like im there i know most of that country like the back of my hand i always visit the cross there to pray before a hunt feels like a good omen.

Matt, I have been watching since I bought my Benjamin Marauder back in 2011 or 2010 when you was shooting your air arms s510 I believe it was. Anyways do you guys eat the squirrel that you kill?? We do, we in the South Alabama area. I shoot grey squirrel and they are some kind of good if you can find them big enough to shoot. I finally got me an FX rifle the FX Maverick in .30 sniper I wish now I would have gotten a compact model but thinking on getting a .22 hammer and barrel and change to .22 and shorten the barrel. Anyways have fun on your journey and be careful it's so pretty there!!!!!

Thank you Matt. One more prepping video listening to new preppers spout more crap, and I would have had to smack someone. Always an awesome video. And there’s NEVER such thing as too many guns. My ex asked me “Jesus….how many guns do you have now, you only have two hands”. I’d tell her “shoes come in pairs and you only have two feet….how many pair of the same damn shoes do you need….”

Been enjoying your videos for years and I have read many of the comments and questions and the 1 that come up a lot is...do you ever run into venomous snakes while out hunting? When you use range finder to tell you how much meters the target is, how do you know how to adjust to bulls eye or just close when seeing how much meters the target is? Could you tell me?

Hello Matt, not to bash on your setup..but wouldn't it be more cost effective to hunt with a 22 rimfire? I mean airguns are amazing, I love them, but a 2000 usd airgun with a compressor and tanks seems like a lot when a 22lr will work just as well for alot less hassle. Love your channel.

It is not always about cost. Like doing wing hunting pigeons with shotguns, it is the one of the most expensive forms of hunting per kg meat, but every year people come back for more. It is about the challenge and the experience.
