Sure thing. I saw; The Rack in the deck. I saw; wrench mind in the deck. I saw a bunch of removal. So I assumed it was 8 rack

@@MTGChicago I'm not a gatekeeper by any means, but I'll always defer to the OG Rack: which would have 4x Rack and 4x Shrieking Affliction (making it 8 Rack); 4x Thought size, 3-4x Koz Return; 4 Funeral Charm; 4 Ravens Crime; limited Wrench mind due to artifact decks; 3-4x Liliana; 4x Ravens Crime; 4x Small Pox. The additional cards/sideboards usually float around Gurmag Anglers, Tourach, Fatal Push, Edict and/or Pithing Needle, where this deck was main decking a lot of things that draw away from its purpose. The Urza to draw a Rack is a good adjustment for sure, but factories and mutavaults are probably what the deck needs most. Again not a gatekeeper, it just looked like midrange with Rack-ish quality. Kind of like someone saying 'mono' anything but splash other colors...then it's not mono. Just conversation is all.

As long as he has 8 racks in the deck it is a 8 rack deck i would argue xD fr i play 8rack myself and i went from low budget to midrange to high end. Almost lost my mind there are a million decklists possible. Waste not, Ensnaring bridges whatever. No monsters at all or monsters like Nyxanthit. Okey my 8 rack is not that high end... im missing the "new" lands to tutor racks and i have necrogen mists instead of lilianas, blackmail instead of thoughtseize
