Decent millenial players started with Taran when he joined the cast in 2010. Then we got Kate and Cecily and the rest of the Millennial troupe. Taran is only 2 years older than Beck and Kyle; he'd be our most elder millennial.

I don't think Mike O'Brien (top right, 5:12) ever did a live sketch. He was a writer and from what I understood chose to perform for a year or two. Tbf he had some amazing sketches

And a lot of them leave, it's not like they are all fired. It just wasn't what they thought it was and they don't want to do it anymore. I think Noel Wells (the only new gal up there) left willingly, and she has gone on to direct, produce, and write a lot. Janeane Garofalo was another one that left after a year, because she said she hated being on SNL.
