Oooo I love your hair band! What a gorgeous box! That book is really nice, I'll have to look that one up. I have tons of fat quarters. I just got my very first subscription box from Sew Yeah. God bless.
Very pretty purples and greens and I liked the pattern. I've got some fabric with a little softer colors I'm working on. I've finished 2 ufos so far and waiting on some zippers.
Love the lavender fabrics. Great that they gave you a book. Not just a single pattern. Then you can find something that you really like. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Holly! As usual, I'm in my sewing shop today putting a back together for a Memorial Quilt. My Happy Place. I binge watch/listen to your videos. Thanks so much! Have a great day!
Gorgeous fabric!! I want to get some yardage of the first fabric you showed. This reminds me of victorian days. Hope you have a great weekend and hope you get to Minnesota soon! Stay your sweet, kind, adorable self!!!
This is a great value subscription. It's to much for me personally, but the book certainly adds to the wow factor. I don't think I've seen another subscription that sends an entire pattern book. 🤔 Thanks for sharing Holly ❤️
Very nice fabric. I really liked the border print. I think I may need to check out border prints more often. Hope you get to have a road trip. Agree about getting antsy. I’m ready for spring!
What I'm reading....My daughter's novel that just came out in paperback. "Here Lies" by Olivia Clare Friedman. It is a novel about some women and their journey- it takes place in Louisiana in 2042! Check it out.
Just looked it up on Amazon and it sounds SO good. It's now on my Kindle and I'm excited to dig in! Thanks for sharing and best of luck to your daughter!
At this time of year, I'm itching to play in the di ft. But I have to be careful not to plant to soon. Mother nature tr eases me with delightful days and then brings a freeze. I wish I could hike. One day I will be able to. One day.
I don’t usually use purple but this pattern and materials enclosed are stunning. A book included with other patterns is a big plus. Wow! $44.95 . This would be my go if I subscribe to boxes. I have been cross stitching and watching my detective shows😊. Hope your plans work out. Yes , I am restless as well. I just want to walk outside without the fear of slipping and sliding on icy sidewalks.
Hi there- I would love to cross stitch. Currently I embroider n quilt. Can you please tell me which pattern designer has the easiest directions to follow and how do I go about "learning" to do cross stitch... Any good instruction books out their with patterns also?
@@Charlie-cz3jh good question. I have been cross stitching for quite a few years and the patterns back in the day had a graph how to do the basics. So I haven’t done any research on the how to’s . Have you googled this question? There are so many videos now.
@@Charlie-cz3jh hi, I just came across a video tonight you might be interested in: Nichol spohr LLC, flosstube Stitch with me. It will be from start to finish. It is starting tonight ,2/13, but it will be around.
I’m also not a girly girl but I have a friend I would love to give this too. The lavender is up her alley. She helped me get through my back surgery and this would be a great thank you for her.
My favorite color is all shades of purple. I love the lavender flowers in the material. It will be gorgeous. There is a book called indigo girl. I can't remember the author but it a good read. It's about developing indigo dye.
I’m still trying to figure out what to do with that purple pineapple box a couple months back…lol. A great box (not my style unfortunately) but I too prefer more modern and “fun” fabrics. 😂
March is my least favorite month. It seems to drag on and on. I used to love reading and have found that once I got an iPad, my attention span is not what it once was. I need to get back into reading and out my iPad down! This box was a good value, I thought. A whole book! All those fabrics. No fluff! 😊
Read books on your ipad. Sites like Book Bub, Goodreads, Early Bird Books to name a few. Sometimes there are free books, sometimes bargains like $0.99 and $1.99. And others that are more. Depends on the site. Usually ask what genres you prefer and send notices to you of their offerings, sometimes daily.
