Cada año, miles de turistas y algunos bogotanos llegan hasta el cerro de Monserrate para conocer un símbolo cultural de la ciudad, visitar su santuario, el mirador, los restaurantes, realizar avistamiento de aves, practicar deportes, entre otras actividades.
Casi desde cualquier punto de la ciudad es posible apreciar Monserrate, que levanta imponente con una altura de 3.152 metros sobre el nivel del mar en los cerros orientales de Bogotá, y donde podrás disfrutar del bosque de niebla, los amaneceres, atardeceres y noches estrelladas.
Every year, thousands of tourists and some Bogotanos come to the Monserrate hill to see a cultural symbol of the city, visit its sanctuary, the viewpoint, the restaurants, bird watching, and sports, among other activities.
Almost from any point in the city it is possible to appreciate Monserrate, which rises imposingly with a height of 3,152 meters above sea level in the eastern hills of Bogotá, and where you can enjoy the cloud forest, sunrises, sunsets and starry nights.
