It was a tedious ride in the rain mixed with bad road but was indeed a fun one. As highway NH10 is severely damaged in Meli there is only one alternative road that connects Darjeeling to Gangtok. This will be a series of rides where I'll be covering this route. Since the entire ride video will be too long, I will be uploading them in Episodes. This video marks Ep-1 of this Monsoon ride series. There are plenty of incidents in this video that you won't find elsewhere like the thunder and lightning that I witnessed while I was riding along the Tea Estate and forest covered roads. Hope you guys enjoy it. Stay tuned for future updates.
Also the spelling of Lightning is typed incorrect. Haha. Realized it later after I uploaded the video.
