Ya most youtubers, especially animal youtubers, don't do daily uploads. The youtubers who does do daily uploads are mainly about just their casual life and such, definitely not like Joey, who still talks about his fishies even when vlogging. Your channel is definitely very original and unique, keep up the good work!
I'm loving seeing these recent informative and fun videos you've been doing recently. I've missed these kind of simple, fun, informative wholesome videos. Also the lazy eyed lazy arowana is too funny. I enjoy how into your big fish and how you show how much they mean to you in little ways like focusing on him and talking about him like that!
My favorite dimension for a tank is 2×2×6= 180 gallons Reason is because it can house more fish with enough space for them to turn or get away from eachother if need
I didn't have any time left to look after fish with my studies but you convinced me to MAKE time and I realised it's just what I needed to relax! I love the daily videos, thank you for sharing your passion with us!
This is probably my favorite video. You interacting with the arowana was fantastic! Oh, and I love the daily videos too. Your videos are the highlight of my day and I really look forward to them!
Love the idea of one massive tank, the more natural looking the better and you have certainly achieved that. Arowana couldn't care if the plants are real or not, as long as he has a comfortable place to sulk : ) PERFECTION!!!
Right now I have 2 55's, 1 35, and 1 75 that I'm currently setting up. I love the dimensions on the 75 and am sure it will be my favorite tank once it's up and running.
I always enjoy the 2000 gal. Feeding and cleaning video 👍👍 love it. Again, the daily videos are awesome. I appreciate you sharing and the work you’re putting in.
I never knew about the whole dimension thing and the tanks not actually holding the whole 10 gallons. Interesting. Learning new things every time I watch these.
I love your videos Joey! Its so nice that you started upload every day!:) its soooo hard to wait with "only" 3 vids a week:D I actually named my flowerhorn after you ;-) Keep up the good work! you inspire alot!:D
the Arowana can move so quickly. how you ever put all the equipment together and your knowledge and understanding is just amazing. in an upstairs apt. all that i can keep is a 20 gallon. could you imagine if i flood the people downstairs! enough with running back and forth to the kitchen sink with buckets of water splashing. regards, carmine
i have a few tanks, a 40g(3x1x2), a 9g(1x1x1'6''), and a 235g(5x3x3). My favorite one is the 9g tall betta tank because it allowed me to aquascape it easily with taller plants, and some of the decors that i found for this tank were finely detailed and easier to see as apposed to it being in the 40g. It is also quite beautiful to see my betta(peach) having room to swim up and down when i feed him, and since i have a overflow waterfall filter for this tank i was also able to put some live plants such as Spathiphyllum Mojo inside.
Love the video! Especially when you noticed the floating plant.. im always asking myself how my plants just detach from their places 😂 its so frustrating sometimes! Hahah
No matter how bad my day is whenever I watch your videos my day gets a lot better your vids are helping me through tough times keep up the good work ❤️
He made a video about it last year. I doubt he's gonna do it with roots growing into the media making it harder to clean and he doesn't even use filter sumps anymore.
My personal favorite tank dimensions are the 75 gallon and the 40 breeder. The 75 gallon is good for keeping most types of fish that are common in the hobby and are tall enough to grow most tall aquarium plants without being so deep that lighting is an issue. 40 breeders are great for community tanks and bottom dwellers and plants because of how shallow and wide they are, and since they have great oxygen exchange
I used to own a 20 gallon tank and have no desire to ever own a tank again. But I watch almost every video you put out. I don't know why, but it's one of those interesting things that always brings me back. Do you think you would take a chance at shark eggs again? It looked like you were doing well with them until the unfortunate event. I was really looking forward to them being shown as they grow.
I love my custom made deep tank. It's 60" long, 20" high and 30" deep. Adorable little monster coz it's not so tall to make maintenance difficult, it's long enough to house almost any type of fish, and it's deeeeeeep, the depth is mainly why I love it.
my favorite gallon size is 55-75 gallon tank. I currently have a 55 gallon tank full of African chiclids and I'm absolutely obsessed with them! My biggest one is probably around the 5-6 inch mark. My favorite type right now of the chiclids is the: Albino zebra African chiclids, I currently have 3 of them and they are amazing but still babies and cant wait till they grow some size!
If it's your passion you just don't mind the time or effort you put in. I have chronic pain from several back surgeries and my greatest joy is spending time cleaning and working on my fish. I zone out on the task at hand and it's my own little sort of aquatic therapy plus the sound of the water relaxes me when I have nerve pain attacks. Fish keeping is really more then just the joy of owning fish they give so much back to the people who care for them. :)
Great video Joey 👍, I have 3 , 300 gallon fish tanks , my dream tank would be 10 feet x 4 feet wide x 3 1/2 feet depth. Approx 900 gallons .But with more tanks the benefit is being able to keep different species of 🐟
Thank you so much for your uploads, your enthusiasm is really inspiring. Ive been researching into the asian arowana (because ever since I saw them on your channel I fell in love with them) truly fascinating stuff. ✌️ Favourite has to be the discus tho as they are stunning
You're an inspiration dude, you totally inspired me to get my 140L (British, sorry) tank up and running again with all sorts of neat fish thanks to you, plus I'm going to be getting a big 6ft tank at New Years as an upgrade for my new fish as they grow, love the videos, keep up your amazing work
