It's impossible for a monster hunter game to disappoint Edit: To answer to some of the questions posed. 1) I mean the games as wholes, I'm not saying that no monster hunter game has had a disappointing aspect and 2) Monster hunter world has the highest quality fights in any monster hunter. The original game's roster is underwhelming and I get why someone would argue that it's not good for that reason but with the addition of iceborne and some of the best fights we've seen, it's very disrespectful to the monster hunter team and the franchise to just say "it sucked". "I didn't like it" is understandable but "it sucked" seems like a very hipster thing to say.

I do know something about this Apex it may not have the purple smoke for Monsters and have nothing to do with core but that's okay I do know that these monsters will be extremely aggressive than any other monster before and their skin will probably be as hard as a rock so you will probably have to do something to your weapon to pierce into their skin

People need to keep in mind that in japanese the current apex status (nushi) has a different name than the one in 4U. The mechanic is very likely to not be the same and I wouldn't get my hopes up for gore.

Also the Japanese name of the New Apex Is different from the old Apex, for some reason they decided to translate it to Apex again. The new Apex is most likely to be this games version of Tempered monsters.

Though Kadaki was pretty underwhelming IMO. It's moveset isn't very different from Nerscylla. aside of the fire breath and the four silk ropes, Nerscylla already had all the attacks they shown in those clips. Hopefully it has a trick up to its sleeve (and uses the babies more creatively than just making Nerscylla's charge attack)

Completely depressed Shoretrooper undoubtedly, but Rise will remedy that issue. I’m stoked to see what we have that will undoubtedly lend hundreds, if not a couple thousand hours of gameplay. Very few games leave me hanging on for more, and my only regret is not playing this series sooner.

It's my favourite new monster and might become my favourite monster in general (we'll see how the fight goes). Though it's pretty sad it's the only Sandy Plains monster they shown.(alongside Rathian I guess? But I mean it was already in the demo and the GS trailer) I would have expected them to show Great Jaggi since all the trailers before shown a Great Dog. I mean: Izuchi for the first,Wroggi for the second, Baggi for the third, Jaggi for the fourth.
