It's mind-blowing that this guy still has so many doubters. You have guys like Bud, Tank, Canelo, Mike Tyson, RJJ, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, and countless other current and all-time greats talk about how special he is, but there are still people saying he's overrated. Are you guys seeing something that these aforementioned greats aren't seeing? It's just laughable at this point.

@@KingWong-r5o then wby he is avoiding Casimero? he looks special against ordinary boxer.😂 ok, who's great legendary boxer he fought? probably one and thats Nonito Donaire, the rest is NOBODY.😂
Ferocious. When inoue fights , you have to watch because you know something special is happening . in regards to his abilities he is something very special indeed. And there is so much more to come.
@@Abdi-libaax but they are all either current or former world champions. Everyone he fights is highly ranked in one or multiple sanctioning bodies. Your favorite fighter does nothing close to that and probably fights only once a year to minimize risk of losing while Inoue has been fighting 2-3 times a year. Get off your knees kiddo
All I know is he’s made boxing relevant again for me. Naoya if you read this show me more. Line them all up . Do it while you are in your prime years. Best fighter in the world Naoya Inoue the Monster.
Made it relevant for me in the first place. Saw someone my size, my height, my race being p4p. Even if he wasn't any of those, I don't want to miss greatness.
@Capmybets he's a modern day Sugar Ray Leonard! He's a humble warrior with the talent to go down as the greatest of all time in his weight class..I love the sport of boxing but I can't stand the way most fighters act today.. no respect and no humility! Tank, Ryann Garcia, Haney and many others are arrogant with no respect for the sport! I really appreciate The Monster because he's a good example for kids to look up to and a great fighter in every sense of the word!
Unlike other boxers,Inoue does not aim for a decision, but fights for KO. Naturally, he enters his opponent's territory, so there is a risk of being hit by a bullet. But Inoue was not hit by a bullet except for the first round down . Other boxers would be hit by many bullets if they aim for KO in every match. People who watch fighters who always outbox each other may not understand this. Inoue has said before: "If I want to win by decision, I can win without getting punched. But the fans don't want to see that,so I'm going to take the risk and go for KO." This is the mentality of a special fighter.
The only man who make the lower weight Division great again!! Can yall imagine the international boxing fans still woke up in early morning to watch his fight!! And people still ask what's time he Will fight?? Thats a Greatnes in the making!!👹
I think the most underrated part about him is his reaction when he’s in a cornered situation(Donaire 1 and Nery) where he didn’t panic but was calm and planing next step to get an advantage, that’s when you know a boxer is special, even against the odds he breaks through to achieve his victory
@@gotakai5831 this. Boxers usually do 3 things when they get hurt or knocked down. They desperately keep trying to clinch, or just keep trying to run away, or they high guard and counter whenever the opportunity arises. Inoue is the only boxer I’ve seen do a combination of all 3 after he got knocked down by Nery. He’s extremely calculated and level headed even when he’s hurt.
@PiplupPlusOnly on the internet could someone try to discredit the skills of the second man in history to become undisputed in 2 weight classes. Nasty work

@kjcl90 Boots is ready to fight him and he duckin. Ennis will move up to 154 to fight Crawford. I honestly think Bud doesn't want that risk and reward from fighting Ennis
Love it. Enjoyed every second of it. My favorite fighter of all time, and I've been singing his praises all along. I think he's the best boxer we've EVER seen, in terms of pure skill and prowess. Beautiful art in motion.
He was actually not so much well known by most of Japanese, when he was doing tremendus and destructive performance in super fly weight around a decade before. I am so happy that he is recognized as one of the greatest of the boxing, and watching what he is experiencing in my home country of Japan.
@@amentsegayee7656well beyond Tank level famous in Japan, his fights are promoted on billboards and buses, gets about 20 million + live viewers each fight, is arguably the most popular athlete in the country next to Shohei Ohtani. Been watching the sport 48 years now. First fight that stands out in my mind was Foreman vs Lyle. I have watched all the great fighters and fights over the decades and without a doubt Inoue is one of the greats. It's a ritual now being up at 5am on a Tuesday morning to see him fight.

Unfortunately it’s a Japanese thing. Their domestic market is big enough to sustain themselves financially they don’t tend to stray outside. Lack of financial incentive+lack of English language education +their culture of not liking change=resistance to go international. I only found out about it this year. Just look at Inoue’s translator lady, she sucks. And she’s not the only one…that baseball guy Yamamoto…his translator sucks. These are top athletes with subpar translators.
No doubt that the monster is a great boxer. I personally believe he is pound for pound the GOAT. Gonna be a sad day in boxing when he steps away. Will be searching for the next great boxer I guess.

fck... I've thought about it... woudn't wanna see it, just cause I wouldn't wanna see either one lose, but then again, I would wanna see it, just cause I do wonder if Inoue can beat Nakatani as easy as he's made it seem with any other fighters
I think they'll need to build Nakatani's popularity up a bit more. It seems like a lot of things are building up to that fight. Once he becomes a bit more well-known, it might end up becoming the biggest boxing fight in Japan ever, bigger than Tyson/Douglas.
Who ever wants to hate on my comment but I will say this inoue in my eyes surpassed Crawfords accomplishments by a bit of a margin and will pass it by a wider margin this year coming up and he still has 5 to 6 years of fighting left he might even go for 3x undisputed that’s how special he is and can be the Michael Jordan, Usain Bolt of boxing. Floyd is there but inoue is doing things that Floyd didn’t do in his weight divisions
It makes me upset people just still believe he isn’t as great as people believe.Like the man has won the title in his first 5 fights or sooner won it in 4 other divisions and 2 division is undisputed. Showed that his technique is pfp brilliance and his power is amazing. He can defend he can attack and he’s entertaining to watch he is in a word perfect.
I’ve been saying this for years now that this man… the one we call “the MONSTER will go down as the GOAT of the lower weight classes, dude is a living legend right now. Let’s enjoy his craft while we can.
@@The_RealWilliam Here's an experiment you can try, hold 2 dumbbells that weigh a total of 4 lbs and see how it affects the way you move your body. Inoue has moved up in weight 4 times already and may have hit his limit due to his small frame. Also try bouncing on the balls of your feet with and without holding them to see what the difference is like. Not everybody has the metabolism of Manny Pacquiao who started malnourished and underweight
Yeah that's crazy. But his 48 ko's in 76 amateur fights is just as impressive if not more since it's only 3 rounds and him being only a kid. Definitely a monster
Skill for skill the best I’ve seen in my 38 years of life. He’s already a goat but he’s going to become iconic in America if he does this at featherweight.

I must say I would love to see Jesse Bam Rodriguez vs Inoue… I think that would be such a technically beautiful fight to watch, both pack a punch, both have amazing ring IQ and footwork is ridiculous… just don’t think it will ever happen though
Sick of hearing haters saying "let him fight in American soil" when majority of American boxers like Devin,Ryan,Tank etc never fought outside of US soil. Americans cant accept that a non American is dominating boxing. Similar to Pacquiao
Exactly. Unless the US pays him 8 figures, why would he fight here? The US doesn't benefit him; he has fame, he gets fights, and Japan pays him so much more than the US ever will
The baddest man on the planet . Inoue is in a league of of his own in boxing . He literally has all the arsenal in one body . Skills , foot work, power speed Iq
Terrence Crawford is a more complete fighter imo. Tank Davis is up there in terms of skill but I give the edge to TC because he is a switch hitter which neither Naoya or tAbknhave proven to be.

20:16 - Saying he's thinking really hard about whether to stay at 122 or moving up, makes me hope he is ready to move up after this fight or early next year. I think all his fans and champs at 126 are eagerly awaiting his arrival. Seems like top boxers from 130 down have been calling him out or expressed interest in fighting him. Can't wait for what lies ahead for him. Was pleasantly surprised to see Keyshawn Davis complimenting him in this video as well.
That’s actually VERY bad to hear he’s number of going up to feather has only gotten higher every time he’s asked he used to say his limit was super feather then he changed it to feather first it was 1 year now it’s 2 years now he has said he may not even do it they have the terrible mindset of we will keep boxing but we don’t need to do any more my legacy is already secured so I can fight this tins and it won’t matter
