I just have to say that I am so grateful for your videos and the work you put into them. I have been watching them for a couple years now. Since I am a subscriber your videos always appear first and because of that my 12 year old daughter has also been watching them and has really developed an increased interest in the outdoors. Last night I was able to be with her as she harvested her first ever deer. It was a memory we will share forever. Every time I go out hunting I always thank the ones around me for allowing me to harvest my animal. We do it different in Virginia maybe you have some friends in Florida that do the same. We use dogs to run the deer and we typically harvest our deer on the run it’s pretty fun. I love your videos and I love your skinning videos because it helps me skin my animal. Now when you do the catch, clean, and cook, I always have to go to the kitchen and find something to eat

I wish i could meet you guys one day and go fishing and show my 14 year old what real fishing is all about ... she had brain surgery 10 years ago and from that she can't play sports like she would like too but she loves to fish the few times I have took her not many at all though but she just loves it ... I wish I had family that would do things and stuff for my kids the way you guys do for your friends and family she loves to watch you guys 24/7 as well being I just found you on youtube ... I would even tell her to go to bed because she has school and go check on them an in hour and she would stil be up watching you guys on youtube ... Wow Rob, That's some lunch ! To save you some time, try microwaving the carrots in a covered container or a bowl with cling wrap and a little water to help provide steam start at 2 mins, check tenderness with a fork, and zap again 30 secs to minute more 'til done.

Anyone else notice the little bit of sauce on his chin at the end? haha Awesome video you inspire me to go hunting and make use of every last piece of the animal.

The heart makes a great meal...I once made the liver with bacon and onions in a gravy and wow it's good, I do it all the time at home. You flash the floured slices of liver so it's only half cooked then put it aside then cook your onions and garlic using butter and you caramelize them then you cook the bacon to a crisp. You do this in a large frying pan and join all three together and cover all of it with water then simmer and add some salt to taste and taste the broth while you mix some flour and ice cold water and shake it well and make it somewhat thick then add it slowly while folding it in until it's fully mixed, if you still have lumps use a screen. Shake it hard and the cold water stops lumps from forming. This is best with calves liver, but this method will tall a lot of the game taste out using wild game.

When I got my first whitetail last year, we (me and my dad) gutted it, we harvested the heart and cooked it up that night. It was amaziong to think that the heart was moving and beating only 8 hours earlier.

That was super amazing for you two and i loved how you wanted for the tobacco very respect full im going to start doing it myself i feel it will be one more amazing experience when hunting cleaning cooking
