Someone should really go talk to Bob Chandler and see if he'll license the Bigfoot name for a game like this. A game with that license could take the player through the entire 40 year history of monster truck competiton from the earliest days of being pure exhibition events through the late 80's and 90's when there were two legit monster truck world championship series to today's wwe on wheels event presentation.
i love the look and some of the physics plus the actual part of feeling as if i'm controlling the truck. But I feel the downfall is that if you notice after every jump on the landing its like the truck start to stop and is always hitting a hard landing even though its not. Plus in real life the truck is more bouncy because of its tire pressure and suspension working simultaneously on the landings. That is the #1 thing I feel if they fixed I would of bought this game today. sorry but not realistic enough like wreckfest or beam ng drive.
Ah I was hoping for better. Who doesn't love monster trucks, but these boxy stiff trucks don't look like the real thing enough for me 😔 Like when you see the suspension bottoming right out as they turn, cornering on two wheels, the roar of engine, the gasp as the behemoth flies 50ft in the air... Nat just hasn't nailed it, not by those clips anyway 😐
Iv been trying to play this on pc with the Logitech g923 wheel and paddles but I’m having a issue with the gas peddle is reverse and the brake peddle is the throttle anyone had this issue if so is there fix for it Thanks
the trucks in this game don't behave like real monster trucks at all....the trucks feel too heavy and sluggish and the tires and suspensions have no bounce in them when you land after a jump is like you''re a rock and for this reason it's near impossible to do some tricks like whelee and often even backflips don't come out....even monster jam titans 2 does a way better job at freestyles cause you can actually do all the signature trick consistently..... monster trucks championship just looks the part but lacks what makes monster trucks special and awesome....if you want to see proper monster trucks simulation check out the beamNG-drive monster trucks mods
Or play microsoft's Monster Truck Madness games from 20 years ago, those are about the most accurate simulations of monster truck racing that have ever been made.
That fucking screen shake every time the monstertuck hits the ground is annoying as fuck. Monster trucks have insane suspension and landing tire first into the ground is smooth as fuck. Not going to buy this just because of that.
This game is unnecessarily difficult on the hardest difficulty. Definitely not fun, I can't find a tune that will help. I'm definitely just stuck, I have the parts I can possibly get at the moment. A good racing tune is probably what I need, can't find one.
