Hahahaha shit for bait . Hey you gave it a shot at least . Should have stuck with cheezels mate . They are shutting down on the South East Queensland side too mate . Getting cool for the mudbugs . Great video mate . Always enjoy watching them.
Watching your videos makes me want to move to Australia. Those yabbies alone would be worth it. When I lived in the south of the US we had Louisiana Red Crayfish(also called Mudbugs) and up in the colder regions we have American Signal crayfish, but neither are the size of a yabbie. Where I live now, Southwest Virginia in the Appalachian Mountains, we don't have the Reds(too cold here for them) and Signals are rare. The crawfish we do have, the Appalachian Brook Crayfish, are all far to small to eat, they're only good as bait. We also have Sandy Crayfish, but we have to throw those back because, while not endangered, they are at risk because they are big enough to eat(they're sometimes called Appalachian Lobsters, they can grow to just a little over 4 inches or a little over 10 centimeters) and have been sadly overfished. Also love your fire pit, I need to get one like that given how often my family likes to do fires. Nothing like a nice fire, some fire cooked food and some toasted marshmallows for desert.
Cheers bud yea there's plenty of yabbies around here haha that's a Shame there isn't much to catch around where u r. Yea the fire pit is a header rim we sit out by the fire most nights it's awesome 👌
