Monsters of High Gain '13 - Diezel D-Moll 

I just play on one at Guitar Center yesterday and the clean channel on this amp is actually really nice it's a crystal clear clean I might go back today and buy it for 2200 I was hoping to plan a mark 5. I might trade in my 5150 III combo Towards the new 50w stealth head. Once I seen evh made a 50w stealth makes me wanna get one.

I agree definitely. I'd rather keep my JVM for versatility, it's awesome, but Jesus Christ this Diezel is just stupid for metal.

I don't own one, but judging from the fact that it's a tube driven head, i would say no..

Omituinen Otus well, I have downsized my budget in favor of putting the extra cash towards buying a house since I posted this comment. though I recently had the chance to play through the evh 5150 III 100 watt and it sounded amazing at any volume, even volumes I could easily talk over. with that said, I will most likely be getting an ENGL Fireball 100 though.

Actually, yes, Diezels sound exceptionally good at low volumes. They'll benefit from being able to push more air from a higher stage volume, but they definitely don't lose anything turned down. I used to own an Einstein and have played through a VH4 extensively. They're excellent amps.

Well, they are only compatible with certain amp heads by Randall and Egnater. So, you would either buy a head such as an RM50, which has slots for the modules built into the amp, or you could run it through a Randall or Egnater rack mount chassis such as an RM4, in which case you'd need to have a separate Poweramp like a Mesa Strategy 500, which you would connect to simply from the output of the RM4 (or whatever chassis you are using) and then that Poweramp would plug into your speaker cabinet.

+Roger Villanueva Roger hola, que es lo que hace que la mayoria de guitarristas prefiera. marshall sobre otras marcas? yo tengo un orange y un fender , tenia un marshall pero me lo robaron pero por ejemplo me gusta mas el orange sobre el marshall pero veo que la mayoria usa para tocar en vivo o bien marshall o mesa, porque sera?

Mi primer amplificador que compre fue un Marshall valvestate y nunca me gusto porque siempre senti que le faltaba mas gain y deje de gustar Marshall por muchos años. Luego compre un Fender Hot Rod Deluxe con una bocina celestion vintage 30(tambien con un pedal Line 6 Uber Pedal) y me encanto pero no tenia suficiente volumen para usarlo en vivo. Hace poco un companero de trabajo estuvo necesitado de dinero y me vendio su Marshall JCM 800 con un cabinet de cuatro vocinas Marshall 1960 lead y me di cuenta porque mucha gente prefiere Marshall... WOW QUE CALIDAD DE AMPLIFICADOR! Muy versatil y se puede tocar cualquier tipo de musica con gran definicion y con tono muy enfocado. Para mi gustos, Marshall es lo mejor para tocar y soliar cualquier tipo de musica. Claro que los amplificadores que mencionan en este post son excelentes, pero muchos se escuchan mas o menos igual(mas saturacion y con tonos mas obscuros que marshall). Yo siempre e pensado que el marshall es distinto a los demas... Ahorita le estoy hechando un ojo al modelo Marshall de Satriani. Por mucho tiempo me gustaban amps como Krank, Mesa Boogie, Diezel, pero Marshall sigue haciendo un tono distinto...
