At the end of May in 2024, we attempt to get through the Magruder corridor, we spent 5 days doing trails around the state- after not making it through... However, we did spend 2.5 days exploring one side of the famous road and we got to see more than most have the time to see when passing through! Many scenic areas and roads over 10 miles long leave the main road to other areas. Located between two large wilderness areas- each over a million acres... this is a chance to get remote!
