Carlo Venturini and Alessandra Zantedeschi welcome us to their winery located in San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of Valpolicella hills. The history of the winery stems from Carlo's desire to recover old abandoned vineyards and, with the help of his wife Alessandra, to produce wine that is the true and natural expression of its territory. His idea of Amarone differs from the classic stereotypes: elegance and grace are preferred to muscularity and alcohol content. The winery motto says it all: "Only hearts and hands for a natural and authentic expression of the terroir".
