REMASTERED IN HD! Music video by Montell Jordan performing This Is How We Do It. (C) 1995 Def Jam Recordings #MontellJordan #ThisIsHowWeDoIt #Remastered
I absolutely love how Montell added the words "hand the designated driver the keys to my truck", he really promoted safety whilst also providing a fuckin' banger.
Its glorious on everything if you live in Western Countries. Im 31 and its the best era by far its why all these Gen Z always copies the music and fashion of the 90s
The girls were great every night for 6 months we were tripping around the clubs in central London. So many memories it just isnt the same now. Music was so coool. London is just a playboys paradise now, with clubs that are not a patch on what they were. Could hit the clubs Sweden Denmark Germany and netherlands for next to nothing.
@@Sacrifice-Paid Heya JML For Life....me too just watched it...Amen...using his voice for God now and his marriage has been restored...Amen to God..Praise him🙏
It was definitely a banger but the 90's had A LOT! NIN, Jodeci, all the Grunge, techno and house, Wu-Tang, Dee-Lite... I can keep going... oh... TEDDY RILEY! Jam & Lewis, Babyface, INXS...
I'm surprised Montell Jordan didn't make a bigger splash than he did. He has a great voice. His management should have paired him up with a few good song writers. He would have made very good ballads. This song, however, is a Hip-Hop CLASSIC!
@@padelislogginidis1926 im proud I remember when I was young I used to complete Saints Row so many times because that was when we didn't have internet or any other games to play
I was sitting here thinking about the years that have passed. (it's been quite a few!) This popped into my head & just felt like giving it a listen. YOU AREN'T ALONE 🙂
Srs y Sras!.
I listened to it EVERY morning before I went to high school while I did my make up. I hated mornings and this song got me up and ready to go. I had it recorded off the radio on tape (🤣) over and over again. Lol!
Been lovin this song since I first heard it back in '95 when I was 13 years old, gotta hear it and jam out to it at least a couple times a month, the guys in the shop I work with get a kick out of an almost 40 year old white, red-headed dude jammin out to this awesome example of hip-hop, when it was good!
Brandon Furtado yep he’s a pastor , he still does music too 🙌🏽 he’s also doing a performing along side many other artists (Next, Donell Jones, Hi-Five, Adina Howard etc) for a “back to the 90s” concert on the 28th June ✨
@@Thefourthlook no not you your comment came 3 months ago and its only the 4th of january why would you in the year 2018 say that you are enjoying it in 2019
My name is Butch Weatherly from Kihei, Maui, Hawaii and I am very Happy to be listening to this song very, very loud on Friday, January 26th 2024. @@mikeb1705 but can you tell me what life was like in the 90s? In terms of fashion, food, entertainment, music, pop culture, candies, movies, actors, and actresses? Like I want to know what happened and what life was like in the 90s era??
@@joelpineda4414 lol sure well boybands we’re the big thing in the 90s like Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Boyzone and Take That. Mmmbop by Hanson was a really big cheesy song but that might of been early 2000s. We used to eat Nerds sweets or go to the tuck shop for a 20p mix (which is a mixture of 20 sweets for 20p). Adidas poppers were the thing to wear (everyone wore them) and denim jackets. Leonardo DiCaprio was the big actor. He had like 5 of his own magazines that would come out every week. And I’m guessing Alison silverstone, Jennifer Aniston and Meg Ryan were the big female actresses. O can’t forget Jean Claude van dam and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Action movies were the big thing. And Mario brother and sonic the hedgehog was the big video games to play. Hope this helps. What was big in era then?
@@joelpineda4414 can’t for blockbusters. On a weekend as a treat you would go to the video shop blockbusters and rent a movie for 2 nights for a couple of pounds because you would have to wait 2yrs to actually buy a movie after you watch it at the cinema so you would rent it first at blockbusters. Just checked that song Mmmbop was 1997. Classic cheesy 90s song
+Sicksi i came here just cause everytime somewone says "how we do it" i always think on those guys in the backgrownd sayin' "THIS IS HOW WE DO IT!" xDD
I’m a 73 y.o. white Irish-American, was at dinner tonight with a young Jewish woman around 30 and a Puerto Rican lady in her 50s probably. A DJ started blasting music. All we heard was “this is how we do it” and all 3 of us started chair dancing at the same time. This song transcends all colors and generations!
Deadlift workout music right here 💖 *a u t h e n t I c v i e w s* 💖 dun took Montell Jordan oFf 2 da big leagues and for dat I will always be super grate
Because the music industry destroys everything it gets its tentacles on eventually. Look what it did to rock and roll in the eighties, and what it's doing to country now. Hip hop suffered the same fate in the 00's when we went from intelligent rappers like Eminem and Andre 3000 to functional retards like Lil' Wayne.
WITHOUT MAKING A BIG DEAL OUT OF BEING 58 YEARS OLD NOW,LET ME CONFIRM THIS HERE,THIS IS STILL ONE OF THE HOTTEST BEATS FROM ANY SONG MADE IN THE 1990'S.
