한가지 주의해야 될게 있네요 ! 신문 종이는 열을 받으면 인쇄할때 들어간 납 성분이 나옴니다 그래서 목욕탕의 한증막에 신문을 못가지고 들어가게 하는겁니다 가마에 빵 구울때 밑에 신문종이 사용하는 것은 빵에도 납성분이 내려 않지만 근무 하시는 분들이 호흡을 하면서 체내에 쌓여 건강에 아주 해롭습니다. 다런 종이로 대체 하는것이 좋겠습니다.

The woman making g the three layer cakes did not scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl for any other layers or the frostings!?? This a basic baking rule all over the world.a d should always be do e before the final mix.

В первом рецепте бисквит ставится в духовку,а потом чем то брызгается и перемешивается.А зачем и чем?И что ещё за жидкость доливалась в бисквит?

Жидкость это вероятно сахарный сироп , а помешивается или вернее подравнивается для того , чтобы бисквит был ровным.Я так думаю .

I've seen quite a few biscuits abused, but none have been abused like this biscuit dough at the beginning. The egg is stirred so vigorously into egg whites because the air trapped inside is needed for the bisquit dough to rise while baking. If you pass the dough through a sieve after stirring, you release all the trapped air again 😳.
