Have to say your swallowing pills fear is not unfounded! I was home alone and choked on a Zinc pill really bad one day and am so careful ever since 😮 Also I saw if you lean your head forward it opens your throat for easier swallowing!

I tried the salt and stone deodorants also and I got both the gel one and the regular one. The gel ones didn’t take care of the bo after a while BUT the regular one definitely did and it works really well! (For me it did)

Cassie, I was in my car driving with my very young daughter. I took a capsule & it got stuck. I realized quickly I couldnt breathe. I immediately pulled the car over. Right beside my car was some lawn care people. I did the chocking sign. However, they just stared at me. My daughter was just a toddler & couldnt help.I then tried throwing myself into my car to attempt a self Heimlich maneuver. Finally I was able to dislodge the capsule. I'm still never to take capsules & larger pills. I dont take them alone either.

The Salt & Stone deodorant works for me better than any other aluminum free deodorant I have tried but still not as good as the "bad for me" deodrants.

I raaaan to Sephora to get that CC cream and it did not work for me at all 😢😢 I have combo acne prone skin and some rosacea but it honestly felt so thick and cakey on me and emphasized my texture. Glad it worked for you though, and it looks amazing on you!

I purchased the Youth to the People Hydrate and Glow body butter bc I am struggling with really dry skin and cannot shake it. Sadly, this did not work for me. Loved the smell though. On to the next body cream!

My husband has the same problem with taking pills….. he takes them with a carbonated beverage and says it’s much easier to get the pill down👍🏼 so next time you have to swallow a pill grab that topo Chico😉 and you should be good to go!
