Seashell here!! Love you!!!!! I just wanted to say, that soft life is actually a Nigerian phrase that has been adopted by many women on TikTok /social media. It’s a rhetoric that’s been around for ages, it just simply means lady of leisure…she wants for nothing, and she gets any and everything. It’s interesting seeing everyone’s connotation of it though..

For my green smoothies, I prefer to just get the superfood ingredients separately, I trust that process more than these companies with their “proprietary blends”, lol. I get organic wheatgrass juice powder, organic matcha powder, organic camu camu berry powder, organic chlorella powder and they can all be found on Amazon (research the companies for sourcing). I’m super energized, very regular, I get less cravings for sugar and junk food, I rarely get sick and my skin flourishes.

Remember when you go to the gym you need to recover. I got really sick from doing too much because working out is a big stress reliever. Walking is also very underrated and good for you! Low impact, not too much stress on the body. I want to try pilates.

You should really donate your clothes to a local shelter/women's shelter. Me & my bf were giving away clothes & small furniture to the Salvation Army and this homeless man walked up to us asking for the some of the items. & those stores make money off the items anyways. Loved the vlog & the hair 😍

I like Amazing Grass. its grassy no taste. I put in water and gulp it down if I dont mix it in something. I had this one brand that had a sweet taste. it was off putting cause green stuff is not suppose to be flavorful.

Try the brand "Amazing Grass" green blend (energy) lemon lime flavor. It has plant based caffeine, 1 serving of fruits and veggies & 7 greens. My fitness trainer recommended it to me and I take 1 scoop with 8 ounces of water faithfully every morning.
