Some highlights of our quite amazing time spent both in the delightful village of Montsegur and during our climbs on Montsegur, which was the site of the centre for the Cathar Faith and where the Crusaders of the Catholic Church besieged the hundreds living there, to then mercilessly burn over 200 Cathars in the false hope of extinguishing their beliefs.
