For people that say he’s overrated, your top picks of the class play regular high schools while cooper flag dominates against the best of the country sharing the ball with 5 stars
Id say THE GREATEST. I have been watching basketball for over 50 years . I have seen Michael Jordan, James Worthy, Dominique Wilkins , Brad Dougherty, Danny Manning and Chris Washburn in person when they were in high school. Cooper Flagg is the best high school player I have ever seen . He does more on both ends than anyone I have ever seen.
Key word assembled. Regular high schools can never complete against these schools that recruit. For me it’s not as enjoyable to watch majority of the games across the nation
MVA 2024 just unfair. But curious to see what starting lineup they could form for next season, with six seniors leaving and Allen/Caleb only a sophomore. MVA will have to recruit a lot of scary talent across the nation to keep up with the level they have this year

It has great size and versatility throughout the top 100 it’s just facts even without Flagg they still have 3 top 20 players, 2 top 50 players, and underclassman who are ranked. as games go on they just gradually overwhelm you

No no ngongba did what he was supposed to, while he was in the game d queen was quieter than last time they played. The difference was Curtis givens was shooting unconscious and pvi wasn’t able to keep cooper quiet like they did last time.
They’re a great team but I don’t see the point in stacking your squad to this level. No great challenge for the players. Would have been a greater achievement for them to lift squads of lesser ability back in their home towns. I remember a team in Queensland in the 90s who did a similar thing. Schools stopped playing them and they ended up taking part in the local mens Div 1 comp.
And Jimmy Butler's toughness! I played with Cooper's grandfather, Dan, at Nokomis. Talk about tough, Dan Bowman was a really, really good player and - strongstrongstrong. I don't know Cooper but the genes are good. I've never seen a high school player as good as Cooper. He can dominate without scoring or he can score all the points his team needs almost at will.

@@tainanking Montverde has been on a decade long reign i think steve smith the oak hill coach retired. oak hill is like the 60s celtics. they dominated when prep schools werent popular. you had to go to the woods in virginia to play there. now there is a prep in almost every major area of the country. florida has two alone.
I don’t think competition was as great. This recruiting class just seems weak besides a few top guys. But that Monteverde team with Simmons and dlo. Even that team with RJ Barrett was more stacked. Better comp those years
These kids ain't shit unless they play in tough competition. Europeans are going pro at a very young age, that's why NBA is a cakewalk for them when they enter. Soon euros will completely dominate this sport if usa keeps slacking.
Are u nuts ? They are playing the top ranked teams in the whole country.. this is the best high school team assembled wat do u expect.. they proved it by defeating almost all top ranked teams by double digits

Montverde is losing their entire starting 5 and their best bench player next year. Unless they recruit (they probably will) they aren’t going to be very good next year.
@@Zaghzackio they have caleb gaskins, ace flagg and the other sophmores and juniors that are still current on the roster so they might still have hope on winning next year it dont matter who they recruit unless they are really really good, ranked or unranked they will win unless they can recruit aj becuase i have feeling he might transfer and tyran stokes.
