Hilarious Marriage Counsler sketch. This is the episode where I fell for Idle. And as for Palin-- Lone Stranger: Know what there stranger, a man can run and run for year after year until he realises that what he's runnin' from is himself. Pewty: Gosh. -- Adorable.
If you like Carol Cleveland in Python, you should be thankful to the late John Howard Davies for choosing her in the first place, and to the Pythons themselves for fighting the even later Ian MacNaughton, who, when he replaced Davies after four episodes[three according to Michael Palin's diary] wanted to bring in any piece of totty in her stead. I learned today that she even acted in their very first[tv-recorded] sketch - the one about flying sheep - albeit as the voice of an off-camera lamb. (You probably saw it ten minutes ago.) I wonder if she was wearing that dress at the time..
Hands up if you caught the reference to the Lumière Brothers clip in the Queen Victoria sketch! If you don't know what I'm talking about, type "The Gardener" by Lumière Brothers. It's one of the earliest movie clips ever made.
lol... Some chick in my class does it, and she does it a lot worse... It is so funny when it happens. We've had times where we all laugh for a good 5 minutes straight, because she keeps laughing at herself and doing it, uncontrollably.
