Had mine for about a week and I'm really enjoying it. The most user-friendly pedal of its kind I've ever used. That being said, I cannot open the GE 1000 editor. My MacBook Pro cannot verify the download. MOOER has been how shall we say, silent in the support dept.
Ahh at least a new well made model with appli and bluetooth good, thank you. I really hope you will upgrade the firmware and the appli more frequently with this one. It needs to push you for having better sound and the best appli we can have with it now that the only things you need to grow at higher level now. 👍😉
Unfortunately the thing that puts me off from buying anything elso from Mooer is their unwillingness to update "older" multiFX. GE300 is a perfect example of this. They should look up to Line6 that still produces updates to their products that are 5-10+ years old
looks great and also it has MIDI .the bank up bank down is better on this. i would really like to see anothe Foot switch option for Mooer P2 and SD30i they are really easy to program especially if your used to Line 6 or Boss
Great new product! I do not understand if the smartphone/tablet app does only allow uploading presets or is it also a full editor? Also while I find the unit being battery operated a great idea I am very disappointed Mooer has not been one step further and included a wireless receiver like on the nux mighty space :(
Hey Mooer, is there a way to customize the drum loops available on the device? I tried searching for it online but couldn't find anything. I would like to use your device as portable practice tool, but the drum built-in drum patterns I saw online are honestly not super impressive. Please consider some customization options on a software update, or next iteration of the device. Maybe a good way forward without complicating the device would be simply to allow uploading MP3 backing tracks, like e.g. in the Boss eBand devices
With so many that are able to now, I'm not seeing the point of spending money on those that can't. Another video alluded to being able to download sampled rigs/amps from GE Labs but there's nothing in the manual I could find about being able to actually capture. And even the GE Labs thing looks to be apple-only.
Hello folks, help!!! During the firmware upgrade of my newly unpacked GE1000li, the USB cable fell off and now my GE1000 doesn't complete the bootstrap. Remains blocked on initial logo. What can I do ? Is there a hardware reset? Do you have any ideas, thanks everyone. where do I find the serial number?
Got the same situation, unplug power, press select knob and hold, insert power jack back to unit still holding select knob until lights flash, release select knob and connect usb to pc and and start pc or mac mooer app, and start update , in my situation on my windows pc don’t work so I connected to my Mac pc and starts update and all working fine since, mooer customer service is a joke
Mooer is not able to provide an Apple mac silicon driver in 3 years .(GE 300 / GE 250) . No update since 2019 multiple bugs. Unacceptable R&D support company
Mooer engineering team is trash. I bought ge 250 when it was released and never had a firmware update. They just sell units and never supports the customer.
No firmware update since 2019! , no Apple silicon driver since 2020. Terrible support company. I contact them about that . Next step is let people know !
