Always love Dan's videos.. He always did a great job doing his homework before releasing demos. Not to mention that Sweetwater has that great customer service.. Kudos!
Greatest demo I've ever seen. I can feel Daniel's passion for this device as he look very interested and speaks very gently about the analog delay. Cool! I definitely purchase it!
Just a superb demo ! Now we actually have an idea of what a great pedal this is ! Love the hidden features uncovered with the Novation controller! I also believe you can slow click tap tempo this pedal which is awesomeness multipled
I know we are only getting to see the fun part of your job there at Sweetwater, but MAN what a sweet gig!! The only problem is your making my Sweetwater wishlist incredibly long ;)
Yeah... Back in 2012, when that video was taken, I had only been 50 for three months. Here's a video from my late 40s: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XMJ-V7x13r8.html -_Daniel_
@@sweetwater I wouldn't have guessed that tbh, I was thinking younger. Maybe 40's and 30's respectively. That old video holds up pretty good too. I think just because your enthusiasm is being effectively conveyed. But the editing/format is still very modern which is surprising seeing some other RU-vid videos from that era.
The filter override option (via MIDI CC) is great ! Now it can sound a little less "dark" even in long mode and sound more like an EHX Deluxe Memory Man. Great demo DemonDan ! BTW, you didn't really need $4K worth of gear to show it off, did you ? ;-) (just kidding)
Perfect. I guess there is, after all. Someone should make a theremin-ish fighting dummy...record a concept album about pugilism...like: Just program some drum machines, get all jacked up on pre-workout speed, and record the ensuing barrage of violence against the transductive fight-dummy...
Hi, I think they used Theremin too but most parts of the soundtrack were made with electronic circuits destruction, recording the sound they made will they were desyroyed or burned...
@@sweetwater I remember these pedal cost like $300 back in 2000. I had one pedal like that Moog Phaser for $300. I think its waste of money to pay thousand or two thousand dollars for pedal like that. I tell you something I recently purchased Delay Pedal made by Akai for like 60 bucks . And I tried to compare them both and did not see much of a difference. Now I am thinking why pay thousands of dollars for Moog pedal if you can buy something like mine for 60 bucks and have the same outcome.
