I've read inner engineering...the power of now....listened to hour's of ram dass and allen watts all with mixed results...This single video changed everything for me its like I suddenly understood! Now I let things come and go without worrying the comfort in knowing everything comes and everything go's is the foundation for my spiritual practice! ofcourse every day isn't perfect but I'm basking in the progress daily!...THANK YOU MOOJI❤

In that observation comes understanding, from understanding comes compassion, from compassion comes love. Than you are free to do what is needed not what you want or what others want.
