In today's MLB to have a player in LA who is a family man 1st and foremost, at his size (longevity), playing at that skill level in every aspect of the game, with never any drama and always positives, puts him in a league all his own. And the #'s are incredible year after year with many more to come..

Considering how hot Betts is which is similar to that of a Juan Soto, the Dodgers still only 4-2 where as Yankees are 4-0. The Yankees swept the Astros too. It’s not like Freeman and Ohtani are struggling either. The 3 went a combined 7-14 and they still lost 6-5. You add in Teoscar already has 3 home runs himself and it’s a wonder how the Dodgers have lost 2 games within these first 6 games. Dodgers are once again leaving too many men on base and it seems when the opposition gets a few opportunities with men on base they capitalize on them.

The Dodgers make more money every year than they spend. LA loves this team and why not..... an absolute cash machine!

You have to factor in the last 3 post season disappointments and even beyond which includes getting swept by the Dbacks in 2023. The Yankees also swept the Astros. The Astros. Not exactly a crummy team at all. The Cardinals are not a good team.
