Seeing how you seem active I have a question! I noticed a problem when clicking the frame. Neither rotating or moving doesn’t appear when I click on it for any part of the rig. If you might know the issue it can help!

Maybe it's an issue from the plugin, just replace the keyframe by deleting it (shift+x) and just put it back.

hey, i just recently installed Moon Animator 2 and it's a bit different? i can't seem to find any tutorials for the "newer" version or whatever I've got, the problem is, that when I put the rig in the menu, no limbs show up?? all it says is rig, properties, and Cframe

The new face should be in the rig added, I'm not sure how does it work but usually it should be added with mouth and tongue.

Hey! First of all, awesome video, really enjoyed it. Second of all, I kinda need someone's help with the problem I'm having: I made my stupid animation, did the camera work, blah blah blah. I am now trying to record it and put it in the editing software, but I can't record it without having the rectangles (for me they're orange and as I can see, for you they're blue) that are for the corresponding body part. I have made 2 animations yesterday without any problems. Any way you guys know how to fix this?

How does one inverse the animation? For some reason when I do ctrl+R, it reflects all of the frames and not just a selection. (Great tutorial btw!) if you can reply then that would be awesome

I don't understand what you actually need help for, but I can give you some ideas: -Select all the keyframes you want, Ctrl+c, choose the place you want to put and at the end do Ctrl+v -If you want to add a set to keyframes between an action for a better movement, select both lines of frames and press ''M'' -press B for onion skin -you can also search in the menu tab for others

oh my bad, I’ll try to rephrase: How did you mirror the second half of the running cycle animation. I am trying to make it Symmetrical like you did around 5:21. (Also I appreciate the tips!)

@@Raij1_n just turn on the repeat button (the one that look like a recycle sign) and if should mirror it. But if you want to (mirror the last part of running) you will need to use the onion rig and copy the same poses for the arms and legs (torso is not counted here).

First, you must have the model and weld/rig all of the parts to the centre to the ship. And don't forget to add an humanoid-root-part to the ship.

That's a script that you will need to add your animation in your movement, just search for any guide for that.

hey, i have some problems with moon animator. i have both moon animator 1 and free moon animator 2, but neither of them currently work, it just says "restart roblox studio", but when i do that, nothing happens. do i need to remove the original moon animator for it to work?

you can't use the old version one, the dev. let it dying, so 6 let us with moon animator 2, which needs updated per. 2 weeks. So just look if you need to update it, if no, just close it and join back. I hope this information helped you.

bruh how do i animate models from creator marketplace, i try grouping them to make them models but it gets rid of the clothes and becomes just skin. it also happens with union and folder grouping. Some of the models that you get from toolbox don't have ''HumanoidRootPart'' or any important details of a rig. In case you can do 2 things in this situation: 1. Get any model import tool, rather can be avatar or object, it doesn't matter. 2. You should follow this one because you can also understand why aren't the models working, watch a rig tutorial, I made one a while ago so you can watch it to get more informations. (I can also help you with any character/asset from G&B, DW, TDS, GRM5, etc.)

if you got the body from anywhere else instead of plugin, the parts are not welded to the main part or other issues that you incur. But if you got the body from the MA plugin, it should do whatever you want (move the whole body).To move only the main part you must remove the joints from the main part to the secondary part.

Yeah, sometimes this issues iccures and the button don't work properly. If you want to add a keyframe you can also double-click on the boddy part bar or if you want to input anything else, search from the menu the button.

Yeah, everything will go in the initial position after you close the animation (warning: don't forget to save your animation after you are done) and if you want to continue it, go back to the moon animator and open the animation.

Yeah, if you see in the menu while you are working on project, you can see in the right of add models button, the loop button which it looks like a recycle sign. And for robotic part, I forgot to tell you but the second way of making it more smooth it's to put more frames in according time space. I hope this information helped you!

Try saving the animation into the Roblox studio,remove the rig from the animation and re-add it and output the saving back If you mean resetting by removing all the frames, just select every move and delete it ''ctrl+z''

if you had an animation already on, it can corrupt and don't work if you add more to the model. I advise you to build everything from the start and then animate.

If you're working for 2 dummies, 1 it's punching the other one, put the collide of both in the same/second, like is a car going in another one, it moves from his place. I hope this information helped you!

Constant is the ease made for instant action instead of moving it in a amount of speed. It's under linear style and it can be used for camera justification or sometimes it can be used in the whole video as short instant movement if you know how to use it. I hope this information helped you.

After your done with your project, save it by looking into menu or it will show you up if you want to close the page. Now about the import/export, if you have stuff from blender to moon animator, in first category when you open a new project, file, you have an option to export files, rigs and finally, to import.I don't think I need to explain you more bc all you need to do is to drag your file into project and done! i cant seem to figure out what im doing wrong but basically all the keyframes play at the same time, changing the location on the timeline only changes the speed at which they play and it ends up creating a lot of problems. How do I fix this?

First, maybe you moved the character from the first position it was before you started to animate it. I'm not sure it can't be this one but I have more ways that you can discover this problem in the future. Second, moon animator it isn't so good when it's about saving, sometimes it can make your project a mess or even delete from your bar, for this issue, you may save up twice just to be sure. Third, if you wanted to add more stuff or remove while you animate it, you can broke it making more parts broken. I got alots of requests like yours and I still can't understand what's making all this mess.

Maybe you need to add the objects and give them a joint with the rig, but if your object is not connected with the rig, just add it as a Cframe.

If you want, you can change for the rig models the color, scale and transparency. But for material and texture you must take every bone one by one and work for it. I hope this info. will help you!

First, you can search in tool box for more face packs, second for body parts, you should know how to build a rig and how it works, if you get a R6 from RS, it will work in moon animator, if you made a model by you, you must weld every part and add humanoidrootpart.

I have a question. When i try and save the Animation as a low fps, for example (im using 10) it wont save as 10 fps and instead as the 60 it was before? How do i fix it?

It could be an issue bc everytime it saves mine at 40 and it doesn't change to the basic (60).If you saved properly and you changed the frames from file settings, it should be fine.

im sure you answered this and i missed it, but when i try and animate let's say this: i want his arm THEN his head to move. so his arm stops, then the head moves. it'll slowly move both parts, how do i fix this?

Don't weld to the head the arm, just remove the weld from the head, and add it from the torso, to the arm. I hope this information helped you!
