Doctor Maxis, you may laugh now......but, Edward's Walnut Delivery will kill you all, I will improve the human condition by revolutionizing the walnut industry....you will see.....
I never realized this but Dr. Groph and Dr. Richtofen have the same conversation in Der Eisendrache, but this shows they changed history as when Dr. Groph asks about Maxis or whatever Richtofen says "I will deal with them" while the Origins Richtofen says "They've already been dealt with"
14:04 this part breaks my heart, even for a part of cod zombies, the relationship that Maxis and Sam had reminds me a lot of me and my goddaughter even if now my godchild hates me for some reason and me having mixed feelings towards her back, I bet if I was in a situation that my life was being taken away, I bet my goddaughter would have the same sad reaction like Sam did in this radio log, even if my goddaughter hates me, it still won’t be enough to stop her for feeling bad for me I bet
AzelfandQuilava It wasn't. That just some more stupid bullshit retconning from Blundell. This was the last map with a good story behind it. Blundell completely ruined Zombies.
+fagglebag Well, that isn't something we can change. The zombies storyline has already be laid out to us in May of last year. What do you think this "great evil" could have been had Jimmy Zelinski stayed as Zombies director.
I remember the apothicons were supposed to be ancient aliens almost like "grey" aliens. I really wanted the Vrill stuff to have appeared further into the story :(
So that machine is a gateway to the Aether..... It's powered by the souls of the dead, when Edward Richtofen touched it he felt static electricity AKA the dead souls or some of them moved into him talking to him. This explains where his weird memories from the past comes from, it's not his memories. He was a sane person but was filled with countless insane souls talking to him. Poor bastard. And Samantha Maxis is inside the machine and goes insane too, and uses It's power to force evil!
Operation Shield: The second step in Richthofen’s goal to reaching and controlling The Aether After Griffith Station is finished and Dr Groph is made the lead scientist, him and his team spend a large portion of time trying to understand the M.P.D and how it operates. After a few years and accidentally killing a rat next to it, Dr Schuster and Groph discover the machine is powered by spirit/life force. To open the gateway they must first power the device by feeding it to full capacity. Once all of the soul-tanks are filled the shields will lower making the device ready for a human conduit to enter. By charging the Vril Rod and placing it in the pyramid’s interface the device will activate upon insertion; the tanks will be drained into the device and the connection to the Aether will be made upon which the pyramid will reseal to preserve the human conduit. They inform Edward of their discovery and he sends them people to kill and fuel up the tanks. Upon finishing this, Richtofen has them stop with their tests and enacts “Operation Shield.” The second step of getting the M.P.D to work requires a Vrill tool(rod) charged with element 115 to open the gateway to the Aether’s power; which Richotfen was working to obtain from the Russians before he enacts “Operation Shield.” With the protocol beginning, the machine was prepped for the conduit(Richthofen and the rod) and was to be observed and guarded until he was ready. Richtofen nearly kills Samantha and her father by locking them in the M.D.T with her zombified dog now hellhound and it explodes as the teleportation process begins; splitting them up sending Samantha to the moon. Scared to death from what just happened back at Der Riese; she panics, runs straight for the pyramid and locks herself inside. Groph tells Richthofen who orders him to find Dr Maxis and bring him to the moon so that he can remove her from it. They use the computers in their lab to analyze the Pyramid interface to check to see if the machine has been powered on to which it has not. They use the M.D.T to bring Dr Maxis to them so that He can get Samantha out. He succeeds in coaxing her to open the machine, but instead tells her to avenge him. Shooting himself, his spirit merges with the interface of the M.P.D causing the machine to Activate and the portal to be opened. With Samantha becoming cryogenically suspended within the device, she retains consciousness and is kept alive and bent on revenge by the Aether and her father’s memory. Samantha becomes the famous teddy bear trolling Demonic Announcer we all love And *Fear,* and “Richtofen’s Grand Scheme” was derailed for the next 6-7 decades by Samantha’s “Cryogenic Slumber Party.”
For your information, I do know the whole story. But still, the damage Richtofen would have done would have been nothing compared to what Maxis had done. And at least Richtofen's motives for revenge were more commendable than Maxis's, whereas in HIS plan, everyone on Earth is fucked! The zombies may have killed hundreds of people, but Maxis killed THOUSANDS of people!
The teleporters used 115 to teleport. 115 makes people go insane so when Richtofen teleported, the 115 absorbed in his skin so he started becoming crazy.
Plus, Richtofen was under-appreciated by Maxis, even after all that he did for him. It's like Private Pyle being pushed around by Sergeant Hartman from Full Metal Jacket: you push the person far enough, you will pay.
Agree with you completely. But remember, Richtofen is just a pawn as will. The 'vrill' people are controlling him with the voices. Each time he's closer, the voices will get louder and louder. Notice how in the beginning he was calm and laid back and now hes about the violence.
ugh maxis was a jerk to richtofen. richtofen not only focused n the human condition, he also discovered teleportation he was only doing what science was meant for. science is not all the time serious. Maxis didnt see it this way though... D:
Richtofen woudn't have to have been a jerk if Maxis didn't start with being a jerk to Richtofen in the first place. All of this could have been avoided, but he persisted on belittling Richtofen. And also, Maxis was trying to WEAPONIZE the zombies for World War 2, whereas World War 2 shouldn't have even been his business at all.
Not gonna lie I actually cried at the ending one because Maxis and Sam remind me a lot of me and my Goddaughter when she was little, even if now she hates me for some reason, and I have mixed feelings towards her, I feel like if I were ever in the situation maxis was in I bet my goddaughter would’ve felt the same way like Sam did in this even if she hates me I know she doesn’t hate me enough for her to feel bad for me regardless of how old my goddaughter is
I kind of feel bad for Richtofen, because his matter transference research made him go crazy, like these radios were from when he was actually a sane person and was just a researcher, not a mass murderer.
@BlackOpsQuotes what happened to richtofen when he teleported to the jungle did he get ambushed cause i heard an army or something and richtofen said OH NO!!!
Yes, the Nazi Government wanted unstoppable soldiers and so 935 created them with the dead soldiers and 115. That was the creation, and they were used to test the teleporters afterwards.
Well, maybe if he hadn't gone behind Maxis' back with Schuster he wouldn't have ended up touching the MPD and going insane. He should have followed orders, scorned or not. Maxis' insults, while not very justifiable, did not make him a bad person. He still tried to end Richtofen's plans by ending the zombie invasion because he truly cared for the well-being of the earth.
That's what you think. Maxis put Richtofen down every chance he got. Even when Richtofen did something right, Maxis just yelled at him. No leader insults the people the work with. And there's also the fact that Maxis ignored his own daughter. And of course, he blew up the Earth with the unintended help of the Original Characters and his own daughter!
Samantha got trapped inside a Triangle like machine and wouldn't leave, so they used her dad Dr.Maxis to talk to her so that she would get out of the machine. After Dr.Maxis had apologized for neglecting her(never gave her freedom), he told her to kill everyone who worked with him, Including Edvard(Richtofen). After Samantha killed Dr.Shusta, she went insane and that was her evil laugh that teddy(the teddy bear) gave her.
Yes he did blew the Earth but he wasn't expecting that it would cause a HUGE explosion like that, but his purpose in doing that was to make Richtofen's power decrease. Also on the Earth Richtofen is controlling the zombies for no causes at all! And he's using the following characters into his planes and schemes: Abigail Misty, Samuel Stuhlinger (which he was part of a group called "Flesh" which he would eat zombies that's why he's the only one that can hear Richtofen), Russman, Marlton Johnson
Which then Maxis told her to kill Group 935, which is who you play on all of WaW's map and BO's map (excepted Call Of The Dead). The people in Group 925 were Richtofen, Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki (which i'm not gonna go into too much details). You should definitely follow the whole story and i'm not saying this to be rude but you seem to know very little.
No, the teleporter's were actually Maxis' inventions. Richtofen tried to improve them and managed to do so before Maxis did. Maxis only rejected it because it wasn't what he assigned to Richtofen.
Did I say his actions could be excused? No. In fact in the original comment I had acknowledged that he shouldn't have been so hostile. Richtofen is probably the worst offender in the fact he killed a little girl along with her father, or tried to anyway, experimented on said girl, go against his co-worker, experiment and torture quite a bit of people, including Peter, then tried to take over the world by switching sides with mentioned girl. Yet that is not as bad as some insults thrown around?
Well for one thing, Richtofen didn't deserve any scorn from Maxis at all. Besides, his reasons for killing Maxis may have been ill-met. But it wasn't his fault for becoming so insane. He was a very good person back then before succumbing to the effects of the M.P.D. At least his reasons are more well-placed than Maxis's reasons for insulting him.
I have no idea which radio you mean. There isn't one with him releasing them. If his workers didn't even know that they were working for the Nazis, then how would they have managed to create weapons without questioning their motives? It was only a secret that they were finalizing a deal with the Nazis, not the actual process of assisting them. I'm not sure what possible choice he had. He didn't intend to help in any war as I stated before, he thought it would be over before he was needed.
First before I offer up an argument I am going to complain about the message about your full name being used. It was glitching every time I tried to reply here and it was a damn nuisance, sorry for the delay. Anyway, at least he tried, right? What was he supposed to do? Sit around and wait? No. At least he was the only one offering up a solution.
Maxis isn't a jerk, and he's certainly not as evil as Richtofen in anyway. And Maxis didn't had the purpose to make zombies, it was an error while he was working on the teleporter he was using Samantha's dog named "Fluffy" when he tried the experiment Fluffy became a hellhound which then Samantha came in and etc. What Richtofen did was stucking Maxis and Samantha into the teleporter with the hellhound which Samantha was teleported to the moon and got control of the zombies. i'll make another com
Uhm, what exactly has Richtofen done for him? Not really anything but follow orders, then work against him secretly with Groph and Schuster, then experiment on his daughter. Richtofen has done barely anything to shed positive light on himself. Just because a few insults were spat toward him does not mean he was pushed, and he should have been able to get over it. Remarks are not an excuse to kill.
