1cupmoong dal
1.5cup all purpose flour
50 ml ghee
1tspAjwain
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp sauf
1inch Ginger
2 green chilly
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tspGaram masala
1/2 litter oil for frying
salt to taste
