I have a little problem with the tab pdf on your patreon. First of all i spotted a mistake in Bar 4. There's a little pull off from the 12th fred to the 7th missing. But the bigger problem is that Riff 2 starts in Bar 9 but thers still another part in between that's not in the tabs at all i think. I'll just try it by ear and with the video now but maybe this will be fixed somewhen. Greetings :) Edit: okay there are two guitars playing there. And the 2nd guitar (which you're playing in the video) is missing in the tab sheet. Now it's making sense.

@@sroutfit listen to it 50% volume while you study. I find melodic instrumental prog-metal music has the same effect for studying or gaming that classical music does. Plini is a good one for that if you’re looking to broaden your horizons in the genre but he’s more on the jazz-metal fusion side.

This is just so good. It’s got really creative and thoughtful riffs and structure. It doesn’t feel adequate to call it metal to me; it sounds like new progressive. The odd time signatures and change-ups. Like Coheed listened to a bunch of Totorro and then wrote a song in zero gravity. It’s just really good!

Excelente tema que mezcla la sicodelia y técnica de esos riffs muy bien ejecutados. Sigue adelante con tu trabajo, solo me gustaría decirte que sonaría mejor el riff no tan cortado entre los 17 y 18 segundos que haces una pequeña pausa en el riff. Quizás sonaría mejor si alargado esa nota. Saludos desde Chile.

Maru, this song is sick, and I've been really enjoying listening. I'm just curious from a production standpoint how the choice to stick with programmed drums came about? I would have loved to see Anup throw down the drums physically. I think they sound great, and there are only a few instances where I can really tell that they were not played, but certainly mostly know because of the credit in the description (Drums written and mixed by...). So again, not hating on the programming, just curious how you arrived at that choice! Keep it up, and the content you've been putting out lately is dopeee.

Hi Ben! The main reason behind that choice was that Anup recently just released a new drum instrument called RS Drums Enso, and I wanted to help him promote it by using it in my songs. He is also always really busy with session work as it is, so instead of him having to learn and physically track the song, we figured we'd just program it to save time/effort since the library is the sound of his drum kit anyway! I'm sure we'll track some real drums in the future, but this is how it worked out for this song!

I did see that Anup had released that Drum Instrument, it definitely sounds great, and I like to think I can hear the library source as you say! Both of you have been killing it in the content game---as you know I loved the Doom cover. But I've been digging into your discography and love the vibes you're bringing. It feels unique in the sea of prog that has been happening lately. I love most of it, but feel more drawn to yours than a lot of the other releases. BTW, I love the "Wow" sound 2:01, that cracks me up! I'd definitely love to see Anup play on some of your releases in the future, but keep it up! You're killing it!
