We can't help thinking we missed the best moments of Andy's contribution to the Moors and Cristianos parade. Maybe we could get a slow motion action replay to better see the carrier of the super trouper that was lighting the event, did he conceal the batteries up his cassock?.... Seriously though, nice video of the event in Almoradi and nice kitchen section, and yes the cheeky bug**@Xs shouldn't nick footage from us hard working creators without permission. I notice they didn't even get the right plaza....showed footage from Madrid by mistake, just shows they have never even been to the area.. @@gailadams8553 Thanks! We do show you on lots of the videos the ingredients and also how I cook them. I don’t use a recipe most of the time. I have made a book for the kids of my recipes (I made it really for my eldest when she left home). Occasionally, we share one of those recipes to channel members. 😊
Great parade with some spectacular costumes, please do a cook with Helen channel, we’re coming to a villa in calpe in 7 weeks time and we’ve never done self catering for about 25 years, will be a bit different grocery shopping & cooking on holiday for 7 of us, any tips appreciated guys xxx
.. 1. garlic makes everything taste better .. 😋 🤣🤣🤣 2. Find a good local restaurant. If it looks a bit "rough around the edges" and does menu del dia for around 9 euro each including a drink, give it a try. 3. Don't worry about recipes. Very rarely do either of us follow a recipe. We just look at them for an idea then start cooking. (See note1) 4. Enjoy! If you can't, wine isn't expensive. Sample a few bottles, then try again. (To enjoy, or the wine, or both) 5. See what veg is on offer - the cheap stuff is usually what's in season... (see mote 1 above) Let us know how Calpe is- not really covered that area much. And finally- enjoy your holiday!- Andy.😎

Love the "live / enjoy life" family videos you share, and don't like them grabbing your hard work for free without permission and for sure we will report any abuse, however I would like to mention that in Scotland many people work hard in the Whisky Industry and I need to ask you call out real Whisky from Scotland compared to alternative whisky's which are not Scottish for 5euros and are not on the same scale for Quality , Taste etc.., [Scotch Whisky is protected from misuse, imitation, evocation and any other practice liable to mislead consumers.] just like a real Disneyland T-shirt look good however a Micky Mouse T--shirt from China looks good, but shrinks...if it's Spanish Whiskiey then call it out...we always hope to catch in Torrevieja
Thanks for the comments and for watching. When helen looked it just said whiskey (not Scotch) so we got some cheap stuff as it was only for cooking with... probably tastes like paint stripper if you try to drink it neat..... 🤣👍 (looks like it will be good for starting a log burner in winter!)
