Just for anyone not yet aware: the cloak is no longer account wide. The achievement bonus is what your alts share and that is a max of 100% xp bonus and some flat stats (150 stamina and 100 main stat) at rank 12 for collecting 4200 threads. Not 100% of what your main cloak has. Just 100% bonus xp. And thats a fix cap. Anything else your char has do do individually. If you want to have 300% on all your alts to level (aka what they advertised), well you gotta push them all through raids from 100-300 yourself. individually. disappointed? yes, we all are. make your voice heard or blizz wont do anything.

"If you've never experienced Pandaria just stop and smell the roses ..." :D. I hold dear memories for MoP and remember back this time with a teardrop. For me, it was one of the most wonderful crafted expansions with exciting landscapes - and, without flying around at the beginning. Remember walking to the mountain station & climbing up the 'Himalayan Mountains'? Visiting the remote villages & temples high above? Finally beeing financially capable to invest in THAT Yak mount? The daily management of your personal garden? Learning cooking and enjoying the detailed meals? Still have a stock of vegetables from MoP to focus on some old achievements :). MoP WAS absolutely under appreciated at the time and today with visiting MoP via the Remix it's just flying back in time to catch a little nostalgia, how cool, adventurous and fun with the guild members we had it. Exactly this. - Ok, the Remix is kind of a recycling concept with a plenty of old cosmetics & mounts (which I love to collect and never got the chance to do bc of being unlucky in dungeons until today :) and throwing in skills from other classes to use. I never played Classic again, because I was there in the 2000s and it would be just a repetition from long bygone times, which don't work for me today (Hey, we all grew up somehow, I guess :). However, finally I decided to give my fresh brewmaster a chance - and for now, I love it! Grinding in the Dragon Islands need to pause for some weeks, that's ok ... :D

They nerfed the ALT cloak by like 90% I got 400 stats on my mains so far and barely any go to the alt... and the map toy is also not working Blizzard literally sucking the fun out of what should be a fun event.. they really need to fire some of these decision makers

Cant learn the Pandaria scoutiung map anymore, it says "you can't do that yet" so it looks like they are blocking it.

"We didn't know how good we had it". I feel that is true for the whole game. As someone who grew up before the internet and these types of games, people don't really comprehend how amazing WOW and other games like this, really are.

Just wait until more people notice what they did on launch without telling anyone. Cloak is hardcapped on what it shares and it's barely anything now. Gear upgrades are absolutely ludicriously expensive. You could buy every transmog before upgrading any piece to max ilvl, mimd that you need to upgrade each piece before you can upgrade the next level. Farming is insanely slow, mobs and especially raids are COMPLETELY overtuned and give you green and sometimes blue gear etc etc. They saw how much fun people were having and said: no, nerf everything, too much fun.

I honestly think this was made in an attempt to replace "Classic" at some point and.... I'm here for it. I would love the chance to do a the later expacs..... but even the ability to do like "Vanilla" or "TBC/WOTLK" Remix. I think that would be super fun to do moving forward. I know it won't fill the need that purists would like (and I'm not using purist in a negative way here) but it could be an amazing way to experience the old content in a refreshing way without having to do an entirely new client.

Since you never put the name of the addon on-screen or in the caption, I have to ask is it NARCISSUS? That's what it sounds like and it's also by Pterodox, but there is no gem UI in that addon.

I loved this xpac. The zones and music are beautiful. I was way into the farm dailies lol.

Holy shit the heroic heirlooms are back! I got the original 2H axe back in the day but regretted not being able to complete the set. Im absolutely farming for those

What Addon are you referring to? It's definitely not Narcissus by Peterobox. That addon doesn't have a gem UI. Link it please.

The cloak for alts SUCKSSSSSSSS now. They stealth nerfed the EXP transfer so your alts only get about 25% of the +experience and 25% of the primary stat, as well as ZERO secondary stats transferring. It's actually faster to just use heirlooms on regular dragonflight if you're after an alt army... really really sad.

they killed the cloak last second

Feels weird, I thought this was supposed to be a fast paced crazy leveling and instance farming. But it’s super slow leveling, at least compared to retail.

I had so much fun playing today I didn't realize 9 hours had passed and it was 3am by the time I logged off. Mains cloak was at 38% extra XP by the end at level 28. Also those heroic scenarios are no joke, we were getting dumpstered by it

To be honest your information seems off better forget the PTR and play the new stuff

@BellularGaming The heirloom map does NOT work anymore. When you try to use it says "Can't use that right now".

Even just as a prot warrior, impending victory, last stand, and rally cry is a lot of burst healing for that holy explosion absorb gem :D

This is the second video (that I know of), where you mentioned an addon called "narcasis"? But you diduput it in the description or give any info on how to spell it or where to get it. Could you provide that please?

oh men im totally loving the new pandaria remix event i feel OP directly out of the gate im now a hour in orso but it feel so cool and get a lot stuff right away gems, bronze, stats to your cloak, etc, etc and flying directly im going to enjoy this so so much like you would not believe and a super bonus for me i started my world of warcraft life in WOD and never really experienced pandaria from the beginning yeah im reall exited!!!🤩 🤩 😊 😊 😍 😍 🥰 🥰

I cant find any info on this.. but is challenge mode dungeons and its rewards (transmog sets) available during remix?

The exp is quite a bit slower than the main game as Blizz hates fun. Also, from what I read, Blizz HEAVILY nerfed the cloak stat carryover from mains to alts, especially the exp gains, which, again is due to Blizz hating fun. Luckily they haven't nerfed the the cogwheel abilities as they make a character feel powerful.

Anyone get the map thing to work? It keeps telling me that I cant use it yet but it allows me to use all of the other maps

It’s crazy how excited I am to play this. It’s like a new-old expansion releasing in a small way but it’s going to be something that holds players over until TWW, and it will be well worth the grind. Not to mention; Pandaria. One of the best expansions we had and, yes, it was under appreciated. People didn’t like it because of Pandas, but I guess it just goes to show that the quality of content and gameplay might just outweigh the playable races we get. Funny how that works.

I might grab a sub again to play this, seems really fun!

Where is the heirloom vendor for the scouting map? Would we have to send it to our timerunning character or the timerunning characters buys it somewhere in pandaria?

Are raids only accessible with a known group? Wasn’t sure if there’d the group finder and raid finder options

At 13:08 the person who recorded this video right clicked and closed out the loot toast windows. Is there a way to disable those from showing up? Or is it just something that we annoyingly have to cancel?

I am lvl 34 and don't have access to most of the scenarios listed any idea why is it just a lvl thing or do i have to Q for it on random?

It should be pointed out, you can make a class trial character and run heritage armor quests, even if you have not leveled a character of that race to 50. I've done it on the tauren and the trolls.

I like when they experiment, it makes for a lot of fun times. Glad it's on a completely different realm. I actually really liked corrupted gear, but it was baked too much into the patch.

So if I already have level 70s of each class, would there be a point to check remix out? Like what would be my benefit?

Well, all I can say is that what you guys played on the PTR is NOT what we got. Not only is it slow leveling, it’s sadly not that fun. Because it’s slow and the gems effects sound spectacular but then they’re not. AND I heard the cloak is NOT account wide, and the exp boost from it on other characters is capped real low. So it’s not great for leveling alts. Unless something is bugged or changes, doubt I’ll go beyond getting the golden astral serpent.

Do you need to be a plate player to acquire tusks of manoroth ?

People the only thing worth spending your coins on is the Garrosh heirlooms. Those items are not available in-game/retail, they removed them. Everything else you can still get in-game/retail. The only other things I can see spending you coin on are the new mount recolors because most likely those mounts will be removed when remix ends.

I liked Pandaria so much when it came out that I did every single Pandaria quest at the time. An NPC (I think it was Cho, but possibly I'm wrong) finally told me it was time to move on!

I've been having loads of fun with pandaland.. I'd love to see blizz do this with every expansion going all the way back to vanilla

Does ANYONE know anything about the reputations? Checked every youtube video, WoWhead and found nothing. I want to know if its gonna be normal paced or its gonna be easier somehow since its a temporary event or we gonna have some crazy buffs with the cloak as well.

This is the most fun I've had in WoW in a long time. Really fun.

How much time do we have for it? If it lasts for only 3-6 momths i think that it will be pretty hard to get everything, as a completionist.

I played up until level 21 which at that point I had enough bronze to buy three mounts that I needed to get the Lord of The Reins achievement and got done with it.

Any way to set the difficulty level? It kinda sounds like taking mobs out is too easy. God mode kinda sounds boring to me.

I do have a question. If I dont have Dragonflight, would I be able to reach max level? I didnt buy the expansion at all, and I cannot learn Dragon Riding. So I don't know if I would be able to reach Max level in this situation.

Can you please consider making a beginners guide for players that are new to wow. Feels like every youtube video that I watch assumes we've been playing for the last 20 years. I have no idea what's going on and these videos fly way over my head. Thanks
