In the report I read they said 2pac pulled the gun and fumbled it. It was on the ground and 2pac told mopreme to pick it up and shoot. Mopreme shot and hit the child. Then they settled the case for like 300-500k(which i think the label put the money up for), and nobody went to prison.

To what extent I don't know. But as far as owning Pac you have to understand how the music business is ran everything from recouping cost to residuals. My friend Brandy and I recognized him and asked to take pictures now remember this 1991 u had to go and get disposable cameras. I pointed to a store across the street. 2pac proceeds to cross in the middle of track which basically is jaywalking. The cop turns the block see 2pac and stop him. Brandy and I never made to the other side. So we saw him arguing with the police and a physical altercation happened which we now know. 2pac gotten beaten by Oakland PD with fist and button. I was in shock. Literally shocked seeing the police beat up people it's sad but in Oakland at the time it was normal. They end up taken him to jail. We me up with him about 2 maybe 3 weeks later and went to sweet Jimmy's in Oakland and hung out. Other stories just to much to write
