If there was an arrest warrant issued for Keefe D for Tupac’s murder, that arrest warrant is good anywhere in the U.S. and any country with an extradition agreement with the U.S. He doesn’t have to be in Nevada to be arrested on the warrant. Police departments in one state have zero problem helping a Police department from another state when it comes to things like homicides, rapes, crimes against children, etc-the heinous crimes.

@@dannybuck4445 I had a similar understanding regarding his proffer agreement but someone explained to me that it works a little different than that. He is granted immunity ONLY for that sit down. Anything he says outside of that, in interviews etc, can be used against him. I think that’s what the problem is, you’re not allowed to talk about it outside of the agreement. To me that’s a little weird but that’s how I was told it works.

The Police cannot legally bug or wiretap your home without a warrant or court order, and in most cases, they won’t even be authorized to do so with one.
Yet they will tap your smartphone if they have reasonable suspicion that you were involved in moving drugs over state lines or weapons or anything else they feel like writing up... dude you can't win this... you gotta basically do no crimes, don't sell drugs, etc for them to not bother you and even then you might look like a terrorist depending on how they feel.

Keefe D was damn near going door to door telling anyone who would listen. It’s almost like he was challenging the police; daring them to do something. They dared.
