Niraya videosla water and arisimavu ratio 4 &1, 1&4, apdinu ore permutation, combinationa irundhadhu, sariave varala( I forgot my mil's ratio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Takunu unga video parthen 1:1, suuuuuuuuupera vandhadhu, nanna "kaandhal(adi pidichadhu) kidachadhu(ivaruku adhan romba pidikum.) So I thanked you immensely for that.

Ms.Heena Panjuani, The recipe has 2 main ingredients - dahi and rice flour(1:1). Mustard seeds, chana dal, chillies(red/ green), hing, jeera curry leaves -all this for tadka in til oil. Procedure1)Add water to the curds ,churn it into buttermilk then add rice flour to it, mix well and add salt.2)Heat tiloil (not any other oil) in a kadai, give tadka with the said items and pour the mixture of buttermilk and rice flour. Keep stirring it till water contents evaporate and the recipe starts leaving the sides of the kadai.Now it is ready to eat.No side dish needed. Please see that oil should be used sufficiently.
