I watch every interview of Mr. John Mearsheimer on the internet and he's a very intelligent and decent man well known for his politeness and respectful manners of debating. so you can get an idea of how ignorant and deceptive Piers Morgan is and the Israelis that he represents when he almost makes Mr. Mearsheimer speak in a harsher tune than usual. . I love watching how uncomfortable Piers Morgan looks when he interviews a true intellectual and when he interviewed Proff Jeffrey Sachs cannot refute what he says because he was in the room when James Baker said we won't move NATO one inch further to the East. Morgan is clearly very intelligent. But this isn't even a case of being smart or not , it's a case of being an honest , moral person with very little hypocrisy. Mearsheimer clearly lacks all of them , except for hypocrisy ; that he has in spades.
What this seems to boil down to, is that Morgan thinks Ukraine can actually win. If he actually understood how bad it is and how impossible it was, I don't think he'd be saying what he's saying. His lack of military experience in contrast with Mearshimer's background, puts him at a limit to what he can actually fathom.

first. there is no such ethnic group as Palestinians as well as there is no such ethnic group - Californians or Texans. they are arabs. same arabs as those living in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria. now, how many arabs happily live in Israel? 2 million. how many Jews live in Palestine or other arab nations? none in palestine. ZERO. I bet no more than a few dozen across all other arab states. why? because any jew who did not run from arab state was murdered. and if anyone tries to settle today - it will face the same fate. that's your answer about existential threat.

@@felixseagal4954 Whole brigades that fight on the side of russia are residents of former Ukrainian oblasts like donetsk and Luhansk. Also millions o Ukrainians fled to Russia , more than any other European country. This conflict is not black and white. It is western Ukrainian nationalists who spearheaded maidan revolution versus the east of Ukraine who want to be absorbed into russia (supported by Russian soldiers).
While Professor Mearsheimer's appearance on the show does get the truth out to a large number of people, it's upsetting to see him encountering a person so far below his stature.
