Keep in mind the "all Vultures in the multiverse look like Michael Keaton" thing isn't as far fetched when you realize all Doctor Stranges (that we've seen so far) look like Benedict Cumberbatch and more than one Loki looks like Tom Hiddleston.

Im praying they retcon him in. With his dark arc potentially up next, spiderman being branded a murderer, and a few other potential tie ins this would make for a good place to reintroduce him. Plus I think hed be a good fit for their venom.

I think an easy explanation for Vulture in the Sonyverse would be that when Tom opened the multiverse, Vulture got sent to a different Spider Mans NY and either got stuck or he goes back at the end and Andrew returns (if Morbius is occurring at the same time as No Way Home anyway) would explain why Spiderman is gone.

I thinks its just a variant played by the same actor, similar to "president loki" being played by tom hiddleston again. Not all variants have to be the same actor. And not all variants have to be different actors either.

Once the multiverse is opened, the film universe turns into a reflection of the comics, chaotic, crossed over, and rebooted when the story gets tired. When Kang talks about the multiversal war he could be talking about the larger marvel world that he cut down into one "sacred timeline" thus creating the MCU. But now that the timeline is freed it allows for anything to happen, out of the boundaries of timelines, logic, they could even follow the comic route and cross over with DC if there were demand for it.

So, if Toombs is in this universe, maybe Quentin Beck is, too. In the MCU, both Toombs and Beck plans are motivated by their relationship with Tony Stark, someone who doesn't exist in the Garfield-verse.

I’m just happy Disney isn’t head of the whole thing, seeing as (imo) they’ve dumbed down some of the movies with too much over-exposition. It’s either extremely confusing, or boringly clear. This isn’t to say I don’t like Marvel, but it’s just starting to seem like Disney is taking away a few of Marvel’s darkest and serious elements. Thats one reason I loved Cap 2, was because of the grimness, and almost realisticness of it. DC is good at getting you to care about the characters, but often bad at making you care about what happens in the movie.

I hope the villain isn't just the same thing as the hero though, like how Riot was basically the same thing as Venom, and how Morbius and Milo will be. I sure hope they are hiding a greater threat or juicy enough plot to make it unique. Im really only seeing this for Michael Keatons character and Tyrese Gibson.

I guess, the TASM universe is still the most "plausible" cinematic universe for Morbius (as well as Venom) because of the bits and pieces of references from TASM2, as follows; - Morbius (and Venom) is shown to be in the special or secret files of OSCORP. (Although Venom is connected with the Life Foundation and Morbius is with Horizon Labs, it can be assumed that research and other data is not a problem to acquire for a big company like OsCorp). - the Vulture mechanical wings were shown in the end of TASM2 (along with presumably Doc Oc's mechanical arms and Rhino's mechanical suit). - Ravencroft Institute was also present in both TASM2 and Venom 2 (and perhaps Morbius)

Ok I’m sorry but why is everyone acting like the “Mcu” vulture is some crazy thing. Variants don’t always have to look different. Sometimes they look the same. The existence of president Loki in the void proves that. It’s not some all or nothing situation. Just because the Sony and Disney vultures look the same doesn’t mean that every single version of the vulture is played by Michael Keaton. They could very easily just be two variants that look the same. Just like how main Loki and president Loki did.

it could be that all adrian toomes' look the same, but as we see in loki some variants look the same and others don't (2012 loki, president loki, and sacred timeline loki all look the same). so they could just be variants and the actor was used just to indicate it's still a version of vulture.
