Sorry bro but Hopper doesn't seem like the guy who's got problems with just about everybody in the industry just like this cooksey dude does. With all due respect, johnny was spot on when he pointed out how negative he really is, and guess what you better know Cooksey took that insignificant comment personal and will hold grudges for life 😂, don't know how many videos are there whining about coombs,, RC and many more, he can make good content but I swear I get why people stay away from this dude.

Once people like that get pushed to far and kinda snap like he has, they do not make amends. Deegan has the best fitness in the 250 class rn and Star has a sand track at the goat farm so the Vialle-Deegan southwick argument is overstated imo

I would be very surprised if Deegan doesn’t win. 99% of the rookies struggle at southwick the first year. Deegan charged from 9th to 5th late in the first moto until Hunter broke down and finished 4th. He was gaining on Hunter though before that. That track takes time to learn the nuances. Haiden’s fitness and grit are going to shine again. Tomac was one of the few riders able to go “beastmode” and Deegan had learned how to get in that zone. It’s like riding a bike, once you learn, you don’t forget. I think Deegan gets the overall this weekend. And if there’s wet conditions, I definitely think Deegan wins

Deegs isn’t 6 seconds a lap off. Short of problems he’ll likely win. This is one of those days where you have to remember not to believe everything you hear in the internet. Hell, Anstie may as well run his 250 in the 450 class because Jett isn’t going to be 6 seconds faster than Deegs.

@@ni7299 I’ve raced at Southwick and it’s a nasty whooped out track. One of my friends broke his hip and leg on a whooped out downhill. It’s a tough track, especially when you get tired. I hope you’re right and he does win !

Haha a good trick is to have someone "change" something on your bike, but they don't really change anything, then go out and see if just thinking you made a change makes you feel better. Bones from pro circuit used to do that a lot to riders at pro circuit, then when they came back pumped saying "yeah that's what we needed, it feels great!', he would tell them that all he did was go 2 clicks up/down, then go back to where it was so that they thought he changed it. Grant Langston said one time he kept complaining about his bike, so Bones did that to him and made him feel like an ass😂😂

He actually put out a post wanting to have them on the podcast to tell their side. However I don't really expect them to, because I've looked pretty deep into this, and it honestly seems to me that it is the Greed of the management at Glenn Helen that is what's keeping it from happening

@@2216sammy Haiden also rode his own bike, there is no way in hell that Brian could be within 6 seconds of Max Anstie, probably wasn't within 20 seconds. I also don't think Haiden was that much slower though I think that's just bad info that someone started to spread.

@@CookseyMedia bro… if you go back and watch last years race, in the last half of the first moto, he was riding that track really well. Was he as good as he was at the other tracks? Maybe he wasn’t quite as good, but it was still good enough to finish 4th the first moto even after a fall. He beat a lot of other good riders. Falling three times the second moto wasn’t a good indicator for how good is he there. That is a gnarly track with the sand, heat, and roost. Tough for any rookie. With how much he’s improved his technique this year, we can’t go off last year’s performance. He’s an entirely different rider IMO. We’ll have to see what he does this year to know whether he’s good at sand tracks. People have tended to always downplay his capability, and I think they’re doing it yet again with this race.

@@MrIke303 On one hand, last years performance is all we have to go off on as far as the 'wick is concerned. He would have been 5th if not for Hunters bike failure in the 1st moto. On the other hand, we see how much he has improved, his determination, his fitness. I don't believe for a second that Vialle will win, nor do I believe Max will be top 5 coming off the couch.

What did I say Cooksey? Winning by 15 seconds. Last year was his rookie season. You can’t compare that to the rider he is now.
