when you get done polishing your copper if you spray it with some satin clear from rustoleum it will stay shining for a long time

Brasso copper pipes n then clear with spray can clear. Rust-oleum clear.. keeps it nice along time

I think it's cool that you're keeping the bright screw look. That sludge is a mixture of engine oil seeping past the seal and the moisture in the air. It will get sticky in the winter and you will need to warm up the air system with the engine running for awhile before valves start working. Glad you shit canned the copper paint, wasn't diggin' it. The truck is coming together and just looks freaking awesome so far! Oh, and the polished bling should be good for a couple of months, at least. See ya next time.... 👍

Hey Bob! There was some Arabian Sheik or something working on your car !! And Bob we may suggest stuff to do to your car. But brother, it's yours. Paint that thing hot pink if you want to. Well maybe not hot pink. You could corner the market on that air dryer. Saw that little bit of oil at the bottom. Red probably loves your red Rat Rod. Car looks sharp.

As always Bob this is a true work of art, not just another cookie cutter car. I can't wait to see this one roll. My 2 cents........it looks like you might be losing some of the detail in the stitches on the roof to paint build up.

I like the silver on the stitches. Highlights them a bit. Not a fan of the copper and bronze either. Too many accent colours will look too much on a ratrod. The copper lines look really nice. The stainless screws will look good. Love the automatic door opener!! Be safe and stay well.

Hey Bawb, That paint changed the whole attatude of that truck. Addin a lil bling to a Rat Rod gives it a touch of class ! Ya doin a fine job a creatin a way cool ride and Black Cherry is a great name fur it. On a side note, Ima thinkin Red needz an RC ride of his own. Maybe an ultra light, T bucket kinda thing with a Briggs flathead engine. Be Safe and Well
