Plymouth Twp. Definitely sound suspicious in this case. They wanted Northville Downs to spend a bunch of money on the township when the facility isn't even built yet, let alone operational
The thing I dont understand is Northville Downs owners relocation could be in an accepted place that does not require the demands of such an affluent area like Plymouth.
