MORE Deck without Sacrificing Storage in Tiny Boat!
We recently did a complete jon boat to bass boat rebuild on this 1536 Fisher Marine Aluminum boat that we nicknamed Project Wilson. Towards the end of the build we were trying to decide weather one large center hatch was a good idea or not. Once the owner has had some time to use the boat, we quickly learned it needed to be two lids. Nate Eckhold came up with a great idea to build a lid system that will drop into the already existing track system for the 20x48" hatch. This will divide the lid into two without sacrificing storage under the deck, plus we will not need to tear out large amounts of EVA Foam.
